Lol I don't think he has access to any of those things. That's why I think they need to permit minors to purchase atleast rolling papers or blunt wraps. Actual cigars and cigarettes should remain illegal though. I mean think about it, you don't need an i.d. to buy drugs, you just need cash. It's easy to get the drug but what about the needs to smoke it? That's why I think this guy is asking about it, I used to be the same..sometimes intentionally though. Obviously I have my license now which is plastic. You have to have them professionally made, but its kinda risky to use even though they look exact...I believe some of them scan too. I just don't feel like paying $150 or whatever ..a lot of my friends are 21, and I will be next summer. I have gone to bars and bought at liquor stores without being carded before...and I def don't look 21.

the apple is the best easy way to smoke when you dont have anything else. you dont even need to use foil, just carve the bowl, poke the holes, pack it, and blaze away. tastes great too.
I just get a freind that 18 to go to the local head shop, evolution, with me all she does is when I get stuff she shows her id. Yesterday I got some clear papers and a rolling machine, fun!

k well yeah... i realized I did a stupid thing :)... but yeah i have a fake ID for alcohol I am 19 lol... i also had swishers in my room... I just wanted to roll a J cuz I dont know how... and I r olled a decent one with lined paper so I smoked it to my dome... good thing it was small
You're 19? Just go around to gas stations or liquor stores and buy some real papers. Take the 10 extra minutes and have that much of a better smoke.
