Reputation::: No Worky???

OK I installed 3 browsers on 3 diff computers and i still do not have the Justice scale showing up in peoples posts... People can rep me but I can't rep them so the scale of justice is unbalanced,,,LOLz... I cleared cookies and put this site on my allow cookie list,still no joy... I really don't care so much about the system,I just can't deal with some thing not working,I tend to obsess and keep trying to fix it...

also can someone post a screen of their Edit Option and show me what the option looks like???

view the screenshot only I have the scale and it links to my reps...

How do you take a screen shot? I'll do it if I can because I have little scales along everyones name, and yes, it is very strage that you don't, judging by the picture you posted.

I personally don't care much for this rep. system. It serves little purpose and it will seperate the veteran members from the "noobs", as people call them, who come through. It feels like a popularity contest, which serves no purpose. It's like I have to watch what I say now or I'll be flooded with nasty messages form unknown senders. If we knew who was sending what nasty messages or innapropriate messages than that wouldn't be a problem, then we could take care of those doing so.

Whatever though, you people control the site and I just use it.

I think they messed up when setting it up for cafe members because if im not mistaken you're not the only cafe member who can't use it.

Just press the button circled below and open MS paint or something and paste it :D.

I currently can only see scales next to my own posts. Not the posts of others. Help perchance?

Give it a bit....mine did not work for a while, then only my posts showed the scale, now it appears to be working...Perhaps the curator of the rep system got stoned while setting it up....got the munchies...watched some tv.........ummmmm what was i doing.....oH Yeah that rep thingy.

can you check who gives you reps?

No,,,the person would have to write his name in a the comment they leave for you,,,they can be read in your User CP...

Right as you hit the User CP it should be on that 1st page...

no comments, how can you tell if there good or bad?

a bad would be gray and good is green... bad subtracts points good adds so you must of gotten a good one...

doing sum detective work????

yes to find the post that was commented on click the scale on the top of your posts,,,it will give you your point total on the ones that were not commented on and it will tell you if it was... The specific thread is in your User CP...

go in your User cp and click the link to the thread you got the comment on... in that thread click the scale in your posts...

but when i go to my user cp, i get no messages that i've recieved reps, but i click on the scales and it says that i have 10 reps

do you have something like mine??? maybe we start with 10 IDK...

also,,,click "Edit Options" on the sidebarand,,, in the top block of Options do you have your point total there???

I suggest you make your own "No Worky thread"...

maybe no one rep'ed you and we start with 10,I don't know...

When I rep you,,, see if the other stuff appears,,,if not,,,then you need to see a Mod... after I rep you,,,you have to rep me back,,,but after you get my points because the more you got the more I will get...
