Hey has anyone got anygood pre-flowers or trhe beggining of flowering. Im abit confused with my plant, its got female flowers (looking very sexy BTW:D) and its got something else lol, my hunch is its a hermi. Only thing which is making it hard to identify is; 1)im a noob 2) there are no stems with balls on. its a little bud with what looks like either leaves or the dredden banana.
All input would be appriciated. We gotta work together to beat them damn filthy pigs lol

Also, ive sed in a previous thread im confused, there are no balls on sticks, id be pissed off if they were just new shoots and i was chopping them. its about 1ft high, so i was thinking, is this just new growth. Anyway ill get some pics posted if u can tell me how

All are female pre-flowers except the last one, its a hermaphrodite, but that round ball you see is what a male pre-flower looks like.
Hmmmm well my plant has no balls, however i dont know how it can be sidegrowth, its growing where buds should and at nodes on the sideshoots (havent seen any pistals on the sideshoots yet)
Are you talking about the two green spikes that stick out kind of at 90 degree angles to where the leaves come out of the nodes? Like around the corner from the leave instead of in the crotch? If so, every plant has those, those are just normal vegetative growth. The pre-flowers actually form in the crotch of the side branches and the main stem, not just at the same level as the node and on the side, if that makes any sense.Quote:

Yeah my plant has pistals at the top like 4-5 nodes, looks mint, but at the bottom half and all the sideshoots i have no idea whats going on :S
Heres a pic of some preflowers to help determine sex of the plant. (First pic)
Female on the left side, male on the right side.
The second pic is my first female, with VERY early pre-flowers starting to appear. This plant is 31 days old today.
I have noticed on my female plant (which is currently still in veg) that the calyxes started appearing at the top nodes and are slowly starting to grow their way down the plant. I think thats pretty normal for them to appear that way when the plant begins to show its sex.
well to be honest i think its a hermi, i just need to get some pics up, dont wanna anyalate all the flowers if ther enot male lol.
Oh and if it is a hermi, most of the male flowrs are on the sideshoots, some on the main stem, can i chop off all the sideshoots, and howlong will this stun my plant for?

Well they look light niether, could someone get some early growth pics, cos if it isnt hermi its defently not a female flower (however the top does have many)
BTW pics will be up tonight at around 11, if ur from america thats 5 hours away :P
Hey, ive finally sorted those pics!!!! I havent got any pictues of the female flowers cos im 100% sure, 2 beatiful white hairs coming out of a bud, ive only taken them of the ones that im not sure about.
- If you can't identify them, is there still time to wait if they are males (gonna remove them if they are)
- This is my first grow, what do you think? its about 14" tall
Any ideas?? Oh and in the fourth pic (i think) i can see a pistal sticking out, just noticed that now hehe. Also the growth that i have took the pictures of on some pics looks to have 2 little pistals but there green, tis all green :(
sems a little early to tell yet m8 but my opinion would sugest there girls good look
plants mature from the top downwards, just be patient.....

No it isnt... There is nothing like what i am seeing on the plant...
Oh and BTW you know it starts flowering from top down, wellthere is this growth on one node and on the one bellow female flowers, so im abit puzzled.

I am not sure. The pictures are not clear enough. Did you have your macro (flower) setting on? I would have to say that the last 2 pics make me think that they are male...but I wouldn't bank on that diagnosis because, like I said, the pics are not clear enough. You might be able to find some pics in my thread on pre-flowers. :D

Those look like nubs that are going to turn into pre-flowers. Like pre-preflowers man. They appear all female to me so far, nothing indicating of a male.

Please check em out (ill include all the female floweres at the top as well.) Pistals look to be reaching for the sky on 1 or 2 of them :D. Not stretchin tho hehe. Btw im using a 600w HPS, do u think my amount of bud will b good?
With a 600 watt hps, I'm sure you'll yield a good bit. I have a 1000 watt hps, and all I know is the plants love it. They grow so fucking fast you can almost hear them.
