First plant, Gimmie some advice.
Ok this is my first grow, Ive basicly taken everything Ive learned from friends of mine, And from what ive learned online and mixed it all together. I have faith so im hoping for a good crop. Its a holland strain, one of my personal favorites.
Heres a few pictures.
Last one was when it was in veg before flower, I figured Id just add a picture of that in there before it got buds. :smokin:

Plants about 4 months 2 weeks old.
I have a wimpy 70watt hps light and a 3000lumen compact flouresant sunlight bulb. Luckly holland is a warmer strain so its been doin good in 90+ temps, Gives me time to buy a better fan and get some ducts setup.
On my veg shelf Wich ill get some pictures of later, is lined with mylar and has 2, 2600 lumen compact flouresant sunlight bulbs.

Ok.
Update.
Ill be harvesting in 2 days.
I Trimmed 1 of the 6 stocks there was and started drying it allready just to supply my own stash for a few days.
I find that this bud is EXTREMELY covered in red hairs, has that creeper high that sneaks right up on you when you doubt it.
Quality should be better after I harvest. Ill make sure I post all new pictures.
I just started germinating some seeds I got from my local weed man, a veriety pack, purple haze, sweet tooth, northern lights.
Hopefully I get a few good females outa them.

Thats a nice plant for a first timer, quality. But you couldn't help the early sample. Ha HA. Good luck. Heres one of mine at 4 week.Try twisting your stem at 4 weeks until you hear it crack, that should keep the height down and give you more foliage, sorry just a little help my friend. Happy smoking:thumbsup:

At the top of the stem or the bottom?
-
First plant, Gimmie some advice.
Twist it at the bottom until it cracks then sit back and watch how thick your stem gets!

Advice is ALLWAYS great.
Even oldschool growers can take advice, All it can do is improve your crops :)

That's one of the best "first grows" that I've ever seen. For your setup the height and width looks perfect. Be careful with that "twisting" advice. At that stage of flowering the last thing i want is to hear something cracking

Nooo twist it at 4 weeks old :)
Not in flower, lol Id be to scared to ever attempt that in flower.
I think its only because me and a friend of mine have talked about doing it since we were way younger and we just never got around to doing it but we put alot of time investing in research about some shit, So I learned some basics. Then took the shit i learned from the homies that grow. Got what I got, Im glad everyone thinks I did a good job, Makes me look even more forward to my future crops. I got 1 misc sprouted right now, and 4 more seeds germinating. I have no idea what they are but Its nothing better then some skunky. The local oldschools gave me some seeds from a veriety pack that has all kinds of stuff, northern lights, purple urkle, ak-47.
Those are the only strains that i know are for sure tho, Im gonna have to experiment and possibly try and get some crossbreeding goin on.

Very nice man.But
take it out the light man. it will degrade potency
total darkness me thinks.
-
First plant, Gimmie some advice.
Yeah, you wanna dry it in darkness, with a fan blowing indirect light on them. That means point the fan at a wall and let the rebounding air hit the buds. But in the dark!
