Next time I get some weed im gonna buy like an oz so that I wont be dry for a while, this will take me a month or two to smoke as im a J a day man and those j's arent very heavily loaded. I have recently become paranoid about mouldy weed and im wondering how best to store it so i dont have that problem.
Any advice would be appreciated.
freeze it, and stop rubbing it in that u have some ;-)

dont freeze it if its only an ounce. just use a mason jar they work great. ive had some nice headies in one for just over a month and it is still fresh as can be.

mason jar = glass jar with a screw on metal top.
For sure one of the best ways to store your MJ is a canning jar also good for containing odor. Here is an old picture which saddens me greatly as I wished I had one of these jars now. But the weed was in the jars for almost a year before it was polished off.

Basically, make sure the bud is completely dry. No moisture at all. Then you can put it in anything air tight, and store it in a cool dark place.
It'll be fine as long as there is no moisture at all. And to be perfectly safe, keep checking it every day for bud rot and mold spots
you should be fine though :D

here's what you do... ok... listen carefully, grab the following
a gallon sized freezer bag
a pimento jar (or similar sized glass jar with lid)
a spagetti jar
a regular "ziplock" freezer bag
a vacuum sealer comercial quality sealer, complete wtih bags...
ok what you do is stick the weed in the vacuum selaer bag,seal it and fold it up, and tape it as this prevents as much air as possible from entering, by limiting the space air can even inhabbit. then you put that inside of the pimento jar, then you put the pimento jar inside of the regular freezer bag, then put this into the spagetti jar, close the lid, then stick that inside the gallson sized bag, suck out all the air you can, fold it over and tape it as well, again leaving as little room as possible for air to enter, the as a final measure you vacuum seal it, yet again... after this you stick it in the darkest part of your freezer and crank that bitch all the way down....
or... you could always just put it in a mason jar, and put it in the freezer for extra security...
DAMN that pic was AMAAZING!!!!! lol I found I new place that is sneaky as hell to store my stash last night......Rx Bottles!!!! i dunno about where your from but mine are orange, and theyre airtight, also the label covers up the appearance of bud!!!! Very good spot to hide it without anyone being suspicious....
