NO ... even Medicinal Marijuana (of which I posses a Doctor's Recommendation) is NOT LEGAL anywhere in America, and virtually every country in the World (contrary to general belief, it isn't legal in Holland, either, just not enforced) ... we may not like it, but that is the FACT ... Federal Laws over-ride all others ... and, I predict very soon, Medical Doctors will be too threatened to continue writing Recommendations ... another myth broken: there are no medical 'prescriptions' in the USA, (that is also illegal), they are merely "doctor's recommendations" ... better put down our bongs, get off the couches, and march in the streets ... anything less, will fail ... ya not really legal anywhere but i know plenty of places where people will turn a blind eye to something as long as your not bothering anyone or screwin other stuff up but then again there are always people just waiting to catch you
