right its time to get a proper crop ready for after crimbo
so im crackin a scrog on hopein to get the fabled 1g/watt harvest
just moved my clones to 11l pots and theyre goin under the hps tonight.
when they get goin im gona drop the screen on at about 10-12"
aiming to get 4' x 4' screen of 18" buds
advice and assistance desperatly needed

Not too sure your going to get anything smokeable by christmas, unless you harvest earlier than usual and smoke wet buds.
Loving the peach pots. Those must have set you back a bit, or maybe not.
Advice for Scroging is too train early so that nodes all the way down the plant can reach the screen before you switch. Once you switch, its just a case of placing the budsites in desired holes. You could also try Topping for a bonus but if you've never done Scrog, leave it out. That'll get you enough experience on its own.
Best to pretrain and then let go than use the screen as a barrier for vegetative. As long as the nodes are allowed to grow through the holes, they will be held back by the screen, the mistake you shouldn't make is to fill the screen up and let it get all messy. Keep in mind that the idea is too get an even canopy, so if one branch (main branch) for example is pretruding the screen and you train it back under, there will be nodes that won't be able to see much light. Its best you get to grips with pretraining pretty early on. Hope this all makes sense if it don't just ask. And whatever happens enjoy it :thumbsup:

now its in there the screen i got will probablty take a little longer to fill than first anticipated but only about a week-10 days

I have a 250 HPS in the centre, and four 23w 2700K's, one in each "corner" of the plant, but I feel I'd like to have more...four 40w fours and a few blues. I'm sure I have the adequate lumens for 3 plants, but still, I'd like to soak them in light if I could.

ive got a sumaster 600w hps super delux bulb it says 90k + with a bit of blue spec in it for less strech
ive been impressed with it so far and i got it cheap :)
now when i drop the screen on ill turn all the plants opposite ways so they all grow away from the centre of the light and the smallest lowest shoots will be in the centre of the screen and get the strongest light and the main tops will be on the outside of the screen
hopefully this will lead to a even canopy
also droped the light down to 14" temps 24-26 c

i was hopeing to switch 12/12 19th nov = harvest day 2nd jan
and hopefully the budsites will even there self out so theres no main bud but 20-30 uniform buds

My plan is unplanned currently.
All the good plant stores in my country are down south, I live midway in the capital city these days, and I can't find a single bleeding good store that stocks the somewhat specialized products I need.
There are some internet stores specializing in all my needs in my city, but I feel a little wary of them, even though I have friends who have used them without probs.
The favorite brand around here is Hesi, I was just planning to pretty much use their products. I suppose I was going to use something like your program, though I wasn't planning on eliminating nitrogen altogether. Would you recommend that?
I see that Hesi recommends switiching to their Phosphor Bloom when the flowers are beginning to max, but naturally they would...

I'm sitting here thinking that if I mix Hesi Phosphorus plus with my regular veg. nute, I could get NPK: 7/16/8. Hmmm, sounds not too bad...what do you think?

right ive been looking into 13/14
according to the canna grow guide you still add 13/14 to the terra range of soil nutes
but as hesi nutes have a differnt product for pk in soil id go with the phos +
as 13/14 might not be compatable with there bloom feed
or you could try hammer head 9/18 its next on my hit list

I already ordered the Hesi products today, they said I'll recieve them in 2-3 days, whihc means flowering by this weekend!
Apart from roothormone and some other junk, I ordered the Phos+ instead of their bloom, and am planning to mix my own nute.
My veg nute is something like 7/1/5, I'll refresh my memory on optimal flowering ratios in a minute, but spontaneously, I think I'll be mixing something like 7/18/10.

ive bent em an twisted em and trimmed the bottom 3-4" of growth off the stem
now 4 have got to about 15" and the runts about 10"
im wondering should i flower now or should i topem and flower end of next week

and moved mothers and toddlers to the veg room

I've always wanted to do a scr0g, yours is making me want to even more. So far its just LST'ing for me(Check out my girls :), but maybe next time around. Also, one thing keeping me from doing it is growing from seed, I don't want a male all tangled up in my screen, so I'll probably wait til after next grow once I take some clones.

Also, how long much you planning on filling up the screen before flowering? I've read somewhere it takes at least 1 grow with a strain to see how much you should fill before switching the lights, cause some will continue to fill it quite a bit while flowering while other strains you should fill the screen like most of the way before flowering. Looking great though man, mas photos por favor!

i red loads of info on scrogs but my t44 doesent want to grow very tall or have big side branches
if id have scroged my chronics the screen would be chocka block now
so i just placed the screen to see if these little ladys start streching in over the next couple of days if they look like all the bud sites are gona reach the screen ill leave it if not ill drop it or remove it completely it looks like it would have liked another 2 week or so in veg but im desperate for another crop asap
