Does anyone have any tips/advice for making a girl your friends with ??like? you. I am really into a friend of mine :D (Thats how she makes me feel) and really want it to work out. I would do anything to make it work. I am not in a rush and don??t want to fuck things up. Help me out internet people.
Talk to her, let her know. That's the only way she's really going to find out how you feel. If you want her then go for her.
well I'm no expert on the subject but I once was in the same position but mine was much harder. The girl and I didn't really get along at first. But I was just there for her when she needed someoen to talked too and helped her out with some things and wammo one day we just connected,
Could happen the same way to you, My advice is she'll come to you alot when she needs help and the more she comes to you the more she likes you and there you go u can tell her how u feel and she will prob feel the same:dance: hope I helped and good luck:thumbsup:

From what I've collected through my experiences, once you cross that invisible line between 'friend' and ... well, beyond that, it's VERY hard to come back over, either way. I've had a best friend for like 4 years, and early on, I shoulda made a move b/c it was SO obvious at the time that I had an opening (no pun intended), but I didn't, and now I'm stuck(not that it's a bad thing) as a good friend. I mean, sure, I could try and make a move, but I think both her and I are very weary of what might become of our long friendship if we waltz off into uncharted territory. So I'd say make a move while there are still moves to be made, because before long you're going to be categorized one way or the other. Good luck man I wish the best for you, and that you might actually escape the 'just friends' label. If you do by chance, please come back with tips, lol. ~
It's like there's this wall, and it goes between men and women. Friends aren't sex material, and sex material doesn't really make good friends. Eventually you won't even want her anymore, your mind's gonna be so crazy about other girls you forget about the one you can't have, and you don't even want her. If you want her, then go for it. I have to disagree with the people saying just stay friends and nothing more, because if you really like her you shouldn't settle for that to keep a friendship. If you two are good friends then you will probably stay friends whether or not you get involved in a relationship with her, so it shouldn't be a concern.
If there can be something more between you and her, then don't let that go to waste, because not acting on it may be something you will really regret later on.

Funny you made that point, IF, b/c that long-time friend and I were actually hanging out this weekend, and she posed some obviously fake 'hypothetical' question to me about what I would do if a girl that was strictly a friend, for 4 years, gave me some 9-page letter confessing her love for me. Lol, and I thought...'we've been friends for 4 years...and...I guess I don't know if you have feelings for me?...' So I took it as her way of trying to judge MY reaction if she happened to drop a 'real' letter on me. And it never dawned on me that she might still be holding something back even after all this time. I honestly have no idea, and still don't, lol. And never will, apparently.
I dunno, I'm rambling like a baffoon, but I think you've got to go for it, 100%, otherwise, years later, those 'what-if' thought sessions will literally have you up at night wondering why you didn't 'pull the trigger'. You never know until you do, and I think the curiosity alone of what coulda been is reason enough to at least take a stab. Take a step. Anything.

My wife and I have been married for 10 years and we were friends for 2 before we married. In my opinion it makes for a better relationship. We didn't do all that fake stuff you do while you are dating, because we already knew eachother. I didn't know however that from day one she was attracted to me, and I was the one that finally made the move. My advice is to just go for it and see waht happens. Don't look back later on and ponder what if.
I am in the same situation that TMK is in. I really, really dont want to fuck up the friendship. What are some subtle questions i could ask to find out if I even have a chance before I take the plunge?
