Weird Bud Properties... gimme your 2cents

hey everyone, i recently picked up a dime of dank, 25$ a dime, standard price.

anyway, i take it out of the bag to inspect it. the first thing i notice is the EXTREMELY strong smell. It smells like dank buds for sure, but its incredibly strong. the 2nd thing i notice, is that its choked FULL of orange hairs.

upon further inspection.. i cant see all too many crystals.. not as many as dank should be in my opinion. the bottoms of the buds are VERY leafy. im talking leaves about a half an inch thick, and they do get you high, which isnt suprising.

now when i smoke it, i get high as if it was dank. i still feel like i can think clearly and function properly, which isnt normal for when i smoke that much. my tolerance isnt high enough at all to make me too strong for this. so i smoke it.. but the high lasts maybe an hour or so, and then i just spend the next few hours as if i feel in the "comedown" part of the high. im not complaining abuot this bud, as it actually gives me energy to skate, conversate, and do anything.. but im just wondering, is there a different classification for this bud?

A dime would be half a gram or so right? It's even a full gram for some places.

So how much is in that dime bag of yours?

In my town dimes (most people dont even sell em anymore) are $10 with .5 of dank.

i think your somewhat stoned... a dime is half of an eighth, an eighth is 3.5 grams, half of that would be 1.75 grams. meaning that .5 grams would be the shiestiest dime anyone could every possibly recieve. meaning 25$ isnt at all terrible to pay for a dime in wisconsin

25 dollars for anything less than an 1/8th is pretty bad.. and i dident think a dime was half an 1/8th, maybe im wrong tho.

Trichomes dont actually mean too much, and orange hairs dont really mean anything either. If you got high you got high.

Thats odd, a dime around me is $10 and it has .5 in it. Thats why most don't even bother selling dimes in HS.

No more than 25 for an 1/8th? Any KB around here is 50 for an 1/8th, where the best deal I ever got was 45 an 1/8th. I want to know where the hell y'all live because I want to move there. Or are we referring to the euro? I didn't check for a flag.

I live in NJ and where I come from a dime just means $10 worth of bud. Most dealers just sell dubs and over because selling dimes isn't worth it (dubs being 20 sacks). If you want weight yea an 1/8 will run about 60 of good bud. There's also alot of dealers who move o's of babbage for 75 -100.

Actually Im pretty sure if what ive learned was correct, that the orange hairs have nothing to do with THC and how good the weed is. They are pistilles.

Sometimes when I smoke real dank weed I feel like I can do just about anything myself. Like I dont get a stupid schwag high. Dank weed can do some crazy things to people, but being high to the point where you feel like you can do anything. That just sound like fun to me. Also, a half eigth in my town is $25 bucks for 1.75 grams.

i dont get where people can come up with the fact that an eighth is 1.75 grams. a scientific eighth of an ounce is 3.50 grams and that would made an ounce 28 grams. 28 divided by 3.50 is 8 (hence an eighth of an ounce)

1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams to be quite exact. i mean, i cant change the way your cities deal, but wisconsin is the 8th smartest state... and look at that... EIGHTH smartest state.. thats just a sign people..

Just because your weed doesnt have alot of crystals and clearly visible doesnt mean it is'nt dank or that somethings wrong. You should really know that some strains can have visible crystals with poor light and be very good, but at the same time there could be a very potent strain with not all that many crystals visible and knock you on your ass, nothing is weird about what you described your bud to look like.

Okay, when i read dime, i did assume you meant 0.5 worth. But a dime like that is what, $10? $25 for a 16th is decent. I get a 16th for 10 pounds.

Yeah, I've never heard of a dime being an actual weight- in our state, and a few surrounding ones, it's always a 10 buck bag of weed.

I got 1/8 the other day of some phenominal headies, and when I weighed it, it was 4.6 grams :D I love it when they add a bit more...

For the headies, I get

Gram= 10
Half 1/8= 25-30
1/8= 60
1/4= 80
O= 250

Gram= 10

a dime is def. .5 where im from for $10 and a nickle is .25 for 5 dollars but nobody ever buys that little amount...and then ofcourse theres the g's for 20-25
