i haven't lived here long enough to find many head shops, but i AM waiting for my absentee ballot so I can vote for kinky
Freaky's downtown near the corner of Platte and Weber, park in the rear behind shop or next to the side past sidewalk. My recomendation for pipes/ bubblers, I got my pipe here.
Independent Records downtown in between Nevada and Tejon on Bijou. Recommended for bongs, I got a bong there.
Earth Pig on Uintah just past ninteenth street in the shopping complex(The sign is tiny keep your eyes open.) I recommend these guys for chillums and small pipes; they have a case with some nice glass all for twenty bucks.
Those are all in colorado springs, didn't say that.
thanks ChronicTonic,I've heard about independent records, but I'm writin' down the addys for the rest.I dig lookin' around gear stores and christmas is comin' up.peace and grease,'Buz
The Root of the Hill - Boulder, Mile High Pipe - Boulder, The Fitter - Boulder, The Crystal Dragon - Boulder, Color the World - Boulder :)
Smoke Shop Directory has 28 shops listed for Colorado.
how do you think anyone on here could go about meeting folks in the springs area? I would like to hook up with some fellow growers to swap clones and whatnot...
Dude phat glass in denver just north of evans on broadway. The owners are cool as shit, their prices are great, and they got the most unique pieces out of anyone. Smoke signals is a little bit south of there on broadway... they got a lot of good headie pieces kinda overpriced though
Corner of broadway and 13th street in Boulder. Small shop but good prices... compared to nyc anyway :) .
Daddy Danks has some decent stuff... prices aren't too bad - Mississippi & Wadsworth in Lakewood... Right by Alameda High School if you know the area
Anyone know where local artists generally sell their gear? Some shops claim local glass but the shit is a Chong Bong etc. . . Denver area shops?
Phat glass for sure man. They have the most pieces from my favorite local blower. her name is kim and shes pregnant and doesnt know if she will continue blowing glass after she has her baby so her pieces will be collectors items for sure. Her pieces are very distinct almost all of them have an animal on them and all of them have a paw print somewhere on them(usually on the bottom). I have trouble finding glass that i like after seeing the quality and uniqueness of her work.
I am moving to Greeley at the beginning of June, does anyone know any blowers who wouldnt mind training a very inerested student? And is there any good shops in Greeley?:smokin:
theres a nicks mart right off of Federal and Alameda and another one at sheridan and alameda
and your sure to find one on broadway around downtown
Home Sweet Home is just 1 block north on Sheridan from The Nick Mart, they by far have the best, uniqe, and exsquisic selection of glass in Colorado, Friendly, fast, quality and great service. Fuckin Gaurenteed.Quote:

WonderBread- I only know of two in Greeley, I would go to Mellow Yellow. it's off 11th ave and 16th st.
FREAKYS IS A NICE JOINT , HIGHER EDUCATION IN FORT COLLIONS DURANGO HAS UP YOUR GLASS
There's a little place called Smokey's on East Hampton just before the curve where it turns into Havana. I'm too much of a newb to know what you guys consider good glass, but they sure seemed to have a large select...but glass is about all they have lol. No t-shirts, no music, nothing else. Makes me wonder how long they'll be around with such a limited product offering.
Are they any shops near aurora?

Ok, I've been on this forum a while. And I've been in Colorado even longer. I've been to the first shops in town, Happy Trails, High Gear, in the 80's. Now, I ONLY go to Blown Glass. You will NOT beat their prices, nice glass, nice service, funky local shop feel. Go look at their site and then go check them out!

Ok, this is an old thread. But this could be important to someone. I read the names of some of the shops in this list, but most are gone, and the few that still remain have gone WAY downhill!
You absolutely HAVE to check out Blown Glass. They are on Colfax, at 4815 E. Colfax. It's a bright green building, can't miss it.
I have gotten all my pieces there over the last year since I found them. I have never seen nicer glass or lower prices.
Check em out online if you want .
