cloves?

so i've heard from a friend that smoking cloves is very relaxing, almost the same as marijuana, and tastes really good. has anyone tried this before? i'd like some info before i go waste mom's good spices :thumbsup:

Nothing is the same, or close to, the effects of marijuana.

Synthetic THC is not close to marijuana.

Marijuana is Marijuana and that is that.

I love smoking cloves! Its like a cigarette, but less dammaging than tabbaco, and it does really relax you alot. I love to smoke a clove or two after a great session of smoking some bud.

The high is no way like marijuana, but it leaves you feeling very relaxed:thumbsup:

Clove cigs are awesome. Just make sure you get the ones that are actually cloves, and not the tobacco "Flavored" like cloves.

Cloves are disgusting to taste and I can't even begin to imagine how and why you would wanna smoke them....

I like Djarum.

There is a huge difference between "cloves" the brown powdery spice and "cloves" the ciggarette like things. Don't roll a joint with a powdery spice! Get a friend who is 18 to buy you some cloves, and see what it's like. They sell them at most gas stations.

Djarum blacks are some of the best cloves. One thing about cloves though is that if you smoke too much of them you get so sick that you never want to have another one for the rest of your life and even the fait smell can kind of get you nauseated.

I believe that NWdankbudz is a little misinformed however. I have always heard (and experienced) clove cigarettes messing with your lungs way worse than any normal cigarettes. In fact, I know for sure that if you smoke clove cigarettes regularly that they make your lungs bleed. Cloves give you a good head change for a minute but watch it cause they can really mess up an otherwise good night!

Clove ciggarettes taste great and everything but they are MUCH more dangerous than tobacco. It doesn't take that many to put a hole in you lung. It's partly because of their filter and what's in it.

Clove cigarettes are one of several kinds of alternative smokes. Others include bidis (tiny, inexpensive, flavored dark tobacco containing cigarettes hand rolled with a dried tendu leaf), herbal or vegetable-based cigarettes with no tobacco and nicotine, and additive-free, natural tobacco cigarettes. Often, alternative cigarette smokers are part of the under 30 crowd. People smoke the "alternatives" because they think that they are cool and/or safer, healthier, and more natural to smoke than standard smokes. Cool or not, smoking alternative cigarettes can be as harmful and even dangerous to one's health as regular ones.

Wow I would never of geussed that cloves are that bad for you? Anyways good thing I only smoke them on occasion or when a friend has one.:thumbsup:
