Wow I must be the luckiest damn person alive.

Hey there board whats up. I dont know if you read but the other day I made a post on how I was freaking out when a cop pulled me over. Car smelled like weed I had a bowl and a gram of weed in the glove box but nothing bad happen on my way I went. So this morning arounf 6 am? I am coming back from a rave with a lot of buddies of mine in the "party van" a friends van who has his back seats ripped out and just has bean bags, pillows and soft car carpeting. Kinda comfy actually. So anyway My friend shouts out we're getting pulled hide everything! So right about now I am freaking out. Cause everyone has at least one bag of grass on them. Some people had a couple hits of X, including me This one kid had a gram of cocaine on him, open liquor. So I am starting think that I am federally screwed. All these things go through my head. Getting kicked off campus, prison, having my rents find out I am into this kind of stuff. I almost broke down. Cop comes to the window and well to make a long story short wrote each one of us a seat belt violation. Never asked for any idea besides the drivers, never seached the vehicle. My buddy just had about 7 or so 200 dollar seat belt violations. Whichj we will all have to pay em for. But I am so glad that its just 200 dollars out of my pocket. Thank God! :eek:

In this neck of the woods most cops are clear minded and use common sense. A very good friend of mine has been pulled over quite a few times and only got hauled in 1 time. That one time was by the Head Honcho Sgt. so that one was a given. The best one I had heard about was when he was going thru the Myles Standish State Forrest in Plymouth doing about 80mph. There are alot of hills and wide open roads. Its alot of fune. But low and behold he comes over the top of 1 hill and at the bottom is a Statey with one other car stopped and then waves my friend over. He asked my friend if he was going a little fast and he said YES, then asked, Is their anything he has in the car that he doesnt want him to find? (And right about now my friend is thinking, WELL, we came over the top of the hill doing 80mph, just threw out the Blunt roach out the window and had the car Fish Bowled and had just started to open the sun roof when he was pulled over.) So my friend says "Yes Sir I have about a 1/2 ounce of really really nice Hydro Bud that I just bought" (No word of a lie) So the Statey says to him, well let me see it, so he hands it over to him. He asks is there anything else I dont wanna find, and she says just some small roaches in the ashtray. The cop runs takes the 1/2 ounce and walks back to his car and runs the plate, which came back clean. He comes back and says to my friend, "Dont let me catch you bringin this stuff through my forrest again, Now go ahead" So my friend rolls up his window and drives away..............Without the 1/2 ounce of course.

98% of Police Officers are pretty cool about most anything like breaking traffic laws and even small shit like a bag of smoke. Just be honest about what you have if he asks etc etc etc because if he sees your lieing, then it pisses them off. Just be cool and you'll be ok....Peace......MrP.

Shit. Lucky is some kind of number. Ive mostly gotten some easy breaks , but then again ive also done some easy time to. Check out NORML site and that should give you a state by state view of the law governing mary J. I always make sure to carry no more than a misdemanor on me at a time , which in this day and age can be alot. Consider the 1/2 ounce Mrpotsmoka talked about . All depending on which state he was in it could be no more than a 200$to 500$ fine. I try to keep a lawyers card in my pocket at all time just in case. Of course that van load , yall did get by by the skin of yalls teeth. Be carefull ..............
