I do pretty much exactly the same thing. Sometimes I'll even spark a bowl and then go run, which is interesting.
It's really one of the best things a smoker can do. Regular exercise helps to keep you in shape, counteracting the huge munchie sessions and hours of being locked to the couch, high as fuck. I also think it helps to keep my lungs relatively clearer than if I was just smoking and not exercising.
And of course, it's great inspiration to come back from a jog, tired, sweaty, and with that endorphin rush, and smoke a bowl. I keep myself running with the thought of my bong waiting for me at home.
I'm out all day why the fuck would I go run 4 miles at five in the morning, some people fucking astound me sometimes. I would do it in spare time in the day whatever, but ...... whatever..
I run a few miles a week, workout a few times a week and submission wrestle several times a week. My cardio is above all of my peers in that region.Quote:

i wake up in the morning and walk on my treadmill for 2 miles. Then work at my computer til quitting time. Then it's time for a bowl and relaxing for the night.
I dont like running while im high.. I lose concentration from running and my mind wanders and then I come back and realize that I am pretty much running mechanically, even forgetting that I am running and start thinking that I must look pretty fucking dumb or something. It bothers the hell out of me so I usually leave my running for before I get high

When I'm high it just feels like I run funny and I just feel like it must look funny.. When i'm sober I feel fine though
I can't wake up and run. I can barely walk across the bedroom in the early mornings. But I do run when I exercise, which I do 5x a week over lunchtime or in the late afternoons. When I was smoking weed with my sister back earlier in the summer, I noticed it made me wheezier when I did cardio at the gym, but that just meant I had to do my smoking as far apart from my exercising as I could. A heavy pollution day affected me the same way. Darn asthma.
I dont run but my moms does....she's 50 and doesnt have any grey hairs or any health problems at all.
instead of running I like evening bike rides and skateboarding for more hours every week than most people work!
mmmm.. i love running in the morning!
nice and early... when the sun is still low...
gets me PUMPED for the rest of the day.
It's a great way to clear your mind of clutter...

Lol you make me glad that I only smoke weed. I am around second hand smoke sometimes, smoked black & milds for a while and thats about it. But I still consider my self healthy :D.

Well seeing as smoking increases your heart rate, you won't be able to excercise as effeciently as opposed to excercising whilst sober
One gets to know down to the ounce which weights one can lift, and I don't lift less when stoned than I would when I do an average workout.
The only thing that seems to happen is that I don't have the furious motivation to squeeze out those extra reps that I try to do when I'm sober and feeling full of spunk.
But I don't have the motivation for that in all my sober work outs either.

Funny thing last week. So I use to run Cross Country in high school. About 3-4 miles a day. I haven't run for about 5 years and have smoked a lot of trees in that time, drank a lot of alcohol, and dabbled here and there. I'm never really 'out of shape' but I don't lift or excersize. So I go to the gym with my friends last week (I went to waste time), and I end up running 4 miles straight on the treadmill. Go figure. This amazed me. I'll tell ya this tho, after I got off the treadmill, I was like floating and almost 'high' from this shock to my body. I never ran that well before smoking, so maybe it opens the lungs a little?!? lol, ya maybe.

at night when the homies wanna drink and sniff
or go eat soem fatty food
i just stay to myself and be clean cuz in the morning i gotta run
its working out pretty good
im getting in shape big time and my peers are going downhill
I probably smoke about 30 cigs a day, 7 g's of weed a day and eat a ton but i never do any real excersice, apart from heavy lifting [Part of my job]
Im still not fat though.
I guess i should do some more though, i wanna get back into hiking and jogging.
