in a few days ill be working at mcdonalds, im 15, and this'll b my first job. i live in washington, so my minimum wage pay is: $7.63. which from what i understand is somewhat high... but its still crap, but at least ill be able to afford my ganja. has anyone else worked here b4?:confused:
Just make sure you spit in the cop's burger. Or blow a load, whichever seems easier.
Yeah, I only make $7 an hour working at a dollar store, and that's a quarter more than minimum wage in New York state.
damn! u make that much.... in michigan Min wage just went up 3 days ago to 5.86(somthing like that) if your under 18 and if you are 18, it's like 6.25 or somthing.
I worked at McDonald's for about a week or two. Then I got pissed off at their free food policy for employees and quit and went to work across the street at a Taco Bell. They let me eat all I wanted, and I liked Taco Bell food, so I was pigging out hard, always had the munchies. So, because of my eating, Taco Bell changed THEIR policy to one item with meat or cheese. So I started taking four burrito skins, pasting them together, and creating one 5-pound pure beef burrito. Didn't take long before they fired me after that, and that was the end of my fast food worker bee career.
i make 9 an hour and in retrospect it seems like a lot but then again I have to pay off a lot of shit so I'm still broke 70% of the time

I'm 16, I make on average of close to 10+ an hour. I work at Fox-Hills, I do banquets all tips are charged and then added to my check. It's nice. Now I can afford stuff for a grow room.
When I was 15 and got my 1st job, it was doing landscaping for some crazy ass lady. I also made minimum wage, but back then it was $4 an hour. Talk about lame, it wasn't even all that long ago.
min wage here in tenn is $5.15, i heard its supposed to go up though, it should!
Wow thats low, my first job i got 10$an hour baby sitting, and my second 13$ an hour teaching skate camps.

Wow you guys should find new jobs. Im 20 and I make 12 an hour, for part time work. My friend who is 21 is making 24 an hour at the job she just started, and she has had 2 jobs before that, and not much working experince or college.

but i will say that here in california we have a cool ass fast food burger chain called In-N-Out and they start you off at nearly 10.00/hour now for fast food thats awesome. not to mention they have the best burgers in the world :D
I'm making 8.40/hr right now, minimum wage here is 6.25 so that's pretty good. It's almost not worth it for this manager though. First job too, though. It's nice, cause I only have to work like 2/3 days a week to get a similar paycheck to other people working all week. :)
They haven't needed me for a couple weeks since business is so slow though, so I'm poor. Right when my transmission broke too, god hates me.

I made $3.35/hour at Taco Bell. Yeah yeah, I'm freaking ancient. ;)
That's not a bad wage you know. Here in Canada it's at about $11 an hour, free meals, and free cab rides to and from work if you need them. I see them in the paper all the time looking for people, so your wage in US money equals about the same here.Quote:

I worked there for like 4, 5 months. I only made like $6 an hour though. Now I make 10 an hour tho so ganja is easier to afford.
