So far I've only been able to come upon two things when your stocked with weed, but lack paper's.
Bible pages - If you're that desperate (I still would never do it, even if I am an athiest. I respect people of religion)
Shoe Box Papers - those papers you get with new shoe's. Can't be that healthy.
Anyone got any other sub's? Don't flame, I'm just wondering.

If you ask me rolling papers and blunts are made for smoking, substitutes werent intended for smoking..this is why I think they should allow rolling papers and blunt wraps avaliable to all ages (maybe not cigarettes or cigarillos or cigars etc.) because they cant stop the youth from smoking and if they cant get what they need they will improvise :p. But the only thing I used as a substitute was computer paper, I dont know how hazardous it is but the only thing I can say is I wish I never smoked with that shit. It just gives me a bad feeling when ever I think about all the chemicals in that paper that I used to inhale into my lungs. *Shivers* just dont use substitutes, get some one outside of the corner store to go in and get what you need and if needed just pay the guy to do it. It's really worth it than using computer paper and shit.

i've used a trident gun wrapper before, it burnt nice and tasted minty.
Honestly I was real pissed about that before I turned 18 but if you think about it they cant ever do that because according to the government your only supposed to buy those for use with tabacco products. Unless they legalized weed, and you know our consertative ass country will have the minimum for use be 21, maybe 18 anyway.

i sometimes use bible paper, but i only smoke those empty pages at the begining of each chapter and shit. i cant bring myself to smoke bible pages with writing (both because ink is not healthy and.... well..... im defacing the fucking BIBLE... even though im not religious....).
buy papers though, you will not regret it :p. im 17 but the hippies at the head shop dont ID me since they dont care haha.

i can see using some of those but i mean how hard is it to get real papers? ive got 3 fool proof method to getting them
1. buy them from the store(if your not 18 like me then get some one you know to i mean come on if you smoke weed your bound to have a few friends over 19)
2. get some rollez (top) cause i no u cant roll 36 of those things with how much they give you
3. when your out of town ask people around you if they got some most people will give you them if they have them and you may even get some match.
so there is really no reason to smoke with (yuck) tisue paper some like the bible you could roll a pretty fat one with so i could mabye see doing it once
i know someone that used toilet paper to roll a joint he said it burned mad fast but that kid is a dumbass snitch so fuck him. and waiting infront of a smoke shop waiting for someone that looks old enough to buy it and willin to is well worth it but get them to buy a dutch or game FUCK joints(but good when the smoke shop is closed or only thing you can get atm :D)
