Whats everyones opinions on smoking right before you are about to pass out. I used to love doing it as it would help me fall asleep much faster. Now that I have been burning for many years I come to think it is a waste of weed. You smoke it and then fall asleep and never enjoy the high... Then the next day your pissed with no bud. Sometimes though you just can't resist that days last bowl.:stoned:
you're right about not enjoying the high. i'll definately smoke to relax at night and help me unwind.
I find it helps me sleep..and helps me stay asleep better. It's a nice sleep....
...but I am usually half drunk by the time I go to bed so a bowl always sounds REALLLLYY nice.
I've always had sleeping problems, weed fixes that with ease. I really do like to smoke to help with my sleeping problems, its probably the whole reason I've stuck with weed this long and will for the rest of my life. I could go for thoughs prescription sleeping pills but thoughs have to many side effects to even consider it over weed...im sorry government, fuck off, you want me to help, help me sleep.
Do you guys think smoking before going to sleep isn't as fun when you wake up the next morning? I always feel pretty fucked up upon awakening, like I'm still high. It's also extremely hard to get out of bed that way.
I've found that waiting to sober up before sleeping benefits me in many ways. I wake up the next day fully recovered with a clear, awake mind.
Just my 2 cennes.
I do feel that way in the morning especially after a lot of smoking. If you have a lot to do it can be troubling, but sumtimes it makes a shitty morning go by faster because you are just so out of it. Lately I have been burning a lot and don't even really notice anymore.

i smoke just about every night before i goto sleep. Because if i dont ill either be up till all hours of the morning or ill have restless sleep. Bud lets me have a nice comfy/cozy sleep.

nah i dont do it. not saying that i would never but i think its a waste too. i think if i had the intention of smoking then going to sleep.. if i actually smoked i would end up staying up for a while to enjoy the high
I do a bong hit at 8:30 pm and then goto bed around 10. But I wake up around midnight and do another bong hit every night.:thumbsup:
A bit of a waste of weed. I think its smarter to blaze an hour or two before so you get to enjoy more of the high, and also get a peaceful sleep from the burnt out feeling weed gives after the high.
if i cant sleep i will smoke but usually not.
If I do smoke right before going to bed I always make sure there is some left for when I wake up.Quote:

Oh smoking before I go to sleep? Thats mandatory lol. I dont have insomnia but I have a problem with getting to sleep well without being sleepy when I wake up without it. Not only do I feel relaxed and get a better rest but it also makes me think that I'm floating on air! Better than a tempur-pedic if you ask me xD.

I dont smoke enough to necessitate a good night toke but I have done it every now and then
I used to think it was a waste, and loved being high in the day instead. But now, its the only time I really can do it, and I'm fine with it. I usually smoke atleast an hour and a half before I got to bed, usually 2 hours before though. That way I can enjoy the ride. If its getting late, I won't bother cause I think its too much of a waste. If I don't FINISH and have an hour before I go to bed, then I won't bother.
i have gotten stoned every night for over 8 years. i don't sleep without it. hell, that's the reason i started smoking in the first place. S L E E P :pQuote:

I actually never have dreams high, or if I do I don't remember them. So basically I haven't dreamed in years, lol. When I don't smoke for a couple days for whatever reason I tend to have weird dreams that are not necessarily nightmares but not necessary a great thing to wake up to either. Weird, but just another reason why I smoke everyday and love marijuana. :pimp:
Sometimes, smoking weed before bed wakes me up and I start thinking about things that I wouldn't normally think about. I've found that when I smoke weed before bed, I have some crazy dreams.
I smoke before bed every single night. Theres nothing better at the end of the day. And yea, it does make you feel like your floating on air when your laying down. A little weed and a little Dave Letterman is the perfect way for me to end a day.
Wow smoking right before bed gets me about 10x higher than normal. I get some crazy CEVs and body highs. Its because there is nothing to cloud your high-its just you and your mind.
Yah i sort of do although im trying to wean myself off of it. I had/have really bad insomnia and am usually up til 1 am on school nights and i get up at 6 30. So 5 and a half hours of sleep is horrible. Anyways i find it way way easier to fall asleep if im stoned. The only problem is that i dont smoke before my mom goes to bed because she always comes upstairs to say goodnight before she goes to sleep (master bedroom on 1st floor). So i could be in the act of smoking or my room could smell and she would know. So i usually wait til she goes to bed which is anywhere from 11 00 to 11 45. The problem is that once i get stoned i dont want to waste my high. So i stay up anyways. I still fall asleep earlier though. Like around 12 30 if im stoned. Its a bad habit though. If i dont smoke i stay up way late like 1 30 or 2 00 am. So im cutting down on weed before bed. Only 1 or 2 schoolnights a week. Although i will smoke to my hearts content on weekends.
