Is Cannabis Good for you?

in a sence of it being consumbed by you....
through vapor, smoke,, digestion, in halation, absorbtion on a cellular level and anything realted.

Is It good for you?
we all know cannabis is more virtuous then anyone.

I'm gonna say yes, but only in moderation.

Well, there are people that can argue until the world ends that it's the worst substance there is for you. There are also the people that can argue until the world end's that it can be very beneficial to you.

Me? I see it both ways. I mean, the ways that most of us use cannabis is by burning it and inhaling the smoke. Smoking, in any way shape or form, is not good for you.

However, I believe that cannabis is a beneficial plant. There are so many things about it that are good for you. I mean, in my belief, it's a neuroprotectant. Helping brain helps from deteriorating. Also, in the places where cannabis is absorbed, in the CB1 and CB2 receptors all throughout the body, it has been proven to stop the production of free radicals in the body (which can lead to cancerous tumors forming).

They also say that in the CB2 receptors on the skin, when THC is absorbed by the CB2 receptors in the skin, it actually, on a very, very minute scale, slows down the progression of aging. Meaning, it can make skin healthier.

I think it's good for you. As long as you don't already have serious mental afflictions, I think it's good for you in many ways. =)

of course it's good for you. If you think it isn't then you're just a government tool. Now, smoking anything is bad for you, but the positive effects of cannabis will still outweigh the negatives of smoking

Cannabis is harmless, weather you take 1 toke in your whole life or smoke a pound a day, or even have a drip of hash oil, its all good.

crappy poll. Its not a yes or no question. Its not good for you in that inhaling any burning plant matter into your lungs is not good for you. But yes, cannabis itself does have lots of different applications for various conditions and ailments, both physical and mental.

I now know why the NINJA thing happened. I mean this is personal but when I smoke weed I feel like my penis gets chopped off. I have always thought of Asians this way, don't ask why. Does this happen to anyone else?. Thats why I voted it bad... I mean really guys, who wants to have a shriveled up small package. It's like coming out of a very, very cold swimming pool.
Furthermore, I have a harder time getting it up whilst I am high. when I come down it doesn't feel that bad, but somehow feels smaller than usual.

On a freakin cellular level? Are you nuts, who do you think you're asking here? That's like asking if you think walking is good for you on a cellular level. Like anything else it has its ups and downs. If I had to choose, I'd say anything we do to prevent cell growth and replication is bad for you. I would be surprised if ayone here knew with an absolute certainty the full list of ways to kill cells.

Yes and no. Depends who's taking it. It can and does have its negative effects as do all things in life!

if you go around saying that marijuana is HEALTHY for you, people are going to think that you are retarded. its a mind altering substance. its not AS BAD for you as most things, but in no way is it good for your body unless its used to alleviate pain. it might be good for your mind though, who knows.

Well, even water isnt harmless, it could kill you by over-hydration. Im sure marijuana has its pros and cons regarding damage on the celular level, many factors contribute to that. I dont think theres even a single formal study yet about cannabis destructiveness on cells

i think its obviuosly good for you because there are many more positive effects than negative and when u eat cannabis instead of smoking its even less harmless. the only bad thing about weed in my eyes is that it gives u short term memory loss but oher than that i find nothing wrong with it
