weed + football?

SUp. Just wondering if smoking weed will affect my football performance. I am planning to play football next year. I am starting to lift weights and eat A LOT to gain weight. Will smoking lower my stamina so make me run out of breath faster and such?

shouldnt be too bad, depends on how often you train and how often you toke

i have a friend who smokes at least 3 blunts a day and plays ball, hes good.
he even goes to practice high.

i used to do it, i did run out of breath sometimes.. i used to get high before practice and it was so tiring cause all that training killed my high, and i was coming down throughout the whole practice.. just smoke like 2wice a week, and after practice and youll be fine

Sports and weed...sounds like fun to me, I hate sports (my Eye hand coordination sucks major ass) but being high and playing sports sounds kind of fun, if not funny.

But yeah, if you smoke on a daily basis you might have some problems playin football at your full capacity. at least i would think.....

I'm no doctor, but I played 4 years of H.S. soccer and now into my 2nd year at the college level and have been smoking ever since, and have never felt like weed was bringing down my performance.

Naturally, I wouldn't recommend getting high before you have to play because it's basically a waste as any physical activity kills your high. But sometimes you might want to "bond" with your teammates. I know I did back in H.S.

I think that if you at least wait to smoke until all of your practices are over, you'll be completely fine. So at the end of the day, after a hard practice, get high. It feels amazing. ~

First off, if you smoke a lot, it will make it harder for you to breathe. But only if you smoke J's and only if you smoke them 3 times a day. I personally love working out stoned. Especially running. I've had some of my most creative ideas while jogging stoned.

ya man i smoke and play hockey all the time. I find when i'm high i can actually get into the game more like not that i take it more seriously but i just seem to be so damn focused on scoring i play better. If u just toke weed and not cigs you should be fine. I've only smoked weed during my life and i wouldn't say my stanima is that bad. I smoke a solid 3 grams a day so you should be fine.
