Nice girls! Did you use "feminized" seeds?
All the best - Hall
Looks good:thumbsup:
Burn the Church!:smokin:
the 4-6-6 is fine just remember to use 1/4 of what it calls for per gallon to start with and if she responds good with no nute burn you can add a bit more in a week
Very Nice...
How far is your light from the tops of your plants..
nice PICTUES!!!
If you take ten deep breaths when you first wake up in the morning.. even before you open your eyes.. just take 10 deep breaths and focus on LOVE... ALL your dreams will become a reality...
Yes, i used feminized seeds. At first i was a little worried, is these really worth the price? But 5 out of 5 seeds sprouted, and they are all girls, so, i guess its worth it!
About nutes, im using it every 5 days, not sure about dosage! im mixing 1,5 ml per liter of water, too much? not enough???
The lights are hanging 5-10 cm from the top of the plants, in the pic i took them outside the growing box>
Ill try to upload new pics when ever i can
Cheers!!!
Here are some new pics from my plants, the flowers, etc...
Also some pics from some leafes, they seen to be curling up and drying. What could that be???
Apreciate any help on that, cause im getting worried about that!
Thanks
Hi Garden Know!
Since you seen to be a really informed person, what would happen if i cut the top 4-5 inches of my plants at these stage??? They dont have (almost) any space left to grow, and about bending... the way the plants are inside the grow box, i dont have that kind of space either!!! What to do???
Thanks for your time and help!!!
I wouldn't cut them, You may think about a method that they call snapping the herd, but before I explain the method I will wait for GK to give an answer, because snapping the herd is a pretty controversial and scary technique especially for the new grower and especially when trying in flower. I am also facing the same type of dilemma as you except I have the room to tie down, but I wait for a response as well.
Adieu
You just have to plan ahead for height. Consider moving your plant elsewhere to finish.
I would not do any snapping, pinching, pruning, etc at all in flower.
Thanks for the coments and all, but can somebody tell me what would happen if i top the plants now???
Yeah, you're going to lose your top cola, where your most production would have been.
You can tie them down okay in flower, or at least some strains don't take it too badly. I had to do that last grow, and they turned out okay, but I didn't bend them down too viciously or anything. I definitely wouldn't cut off the main colas; do whatever you have to do so that you don't need to do that.
SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!! I AGREE!!! TERRIFYINIGQuote:

BUT it can be done!! I WOULD BEND HER over..
When a plant goes into 12/12 it usually doubles and triples in size.. THIS growth happensin the first 2-4 weeks of flowering.. how many weeks are you into flwoering.. If you are past week 3, you should be FINE.. it is a beautiful PLANT you HAVE!! : )
other scenarios
1. let the plant grow into the light... only if you have glass on your hood.. and if someof the bud gets burned.... it is better than loosing the entire top cola
2. chop the top and turn it into a clone
3. change locations
I say you BEND it gently.. one method, is to tie a string around the top of the plant and hang something on the other end of the string...like a couple bolts... it will pull the top of the plant over gently... you can add a new bolt every other day.. to keep bending her over.. but add them sparingly..

your problem is wonderful.. YOUR PLANT IS JUST TO DARN VIGOROUS
Hi there, today ive done some changes on my setup, so my babes can have a bit more space!
If what GK said is valid, i guess i would be ok! they have been flowering for almost 3 weeks now, so the space should be enough!
About the health of my girls, do you think by looking at the leaf pics i posted, they gonna be fine???
Anyway, take it easy you all!!!
they look very healthy, just watch the nutes n youll be fine m8, oh n by the way, hope you get a bountifull harvest
Heey Garden, how is it going?
About chopping the top to make a clone out of it, if i do that, should i put the clone back to the veg. light cycle, mabe get some roots to grow??? or in may case (only one growing box) just put it back with the flowering ones???
Later ill post some new pics!
Later guys!!!
i must say, for potted plants they are very healthy, you have done a great job,
vegetative light, not flowering
Asi promissed, here are some pics from my flowers!
Looking good for 3 weeks???
What are those shiny white stuff on the flowers???
If you are not using HID lighting (which you are not.. correct?), you have nothing to worry about.. I would keep those fluorescents as close as possible to your plants.. As long as you have good air flow in your grow room, those lights can be less than 1 inch from your foilage.. actually, they should be less than 1 inch from your foliage..
I like your picture and the simplicity of your grow set up is awesome.. KUDOS to you!!!

Since i got my new camera, it has been really fun taking pictures, cause the quality is so good, really clear shots as you guys can see!
About the space issue, my girls kind of stop growing upwards, or they really slowed down!
I guess we gonna be ok after all!
About the light question, im using 10 20w tubes, being 4 warm and 6 cool! it used to be 10 cool tubes during the veg stage.
About getting the plants closer to the light, nothing i can do anymore, they are at the lowest setting possible, but since i got the side lights going on, it should be fine. If not, in the next grow ill fix it up!
Take it easy GK!!!
YOUR PICTURES are sweet!!!
Very nice plants. :D Keep up what you're doing.
Very nice plants. :D Keep up what you're doing. Love the pics.
Hi guys, the past couple of weeks nothing that exciting happened! My babes are growing a little every day, but i guess they will pick up the pace in a couple of weeks or so (7th-8th), am i right on that?
Another question is if i harvest my top mature flowers, when the trichomes are just right, could i continue flowering the lower part for a week or so, so they can mature a bit more???
But since my flowers are showing crystals (also on the lower ones) since 3th week, would the trichomes on the less mature flowers be mature already, and wouldnt it be overdone by the time i have my second harvest?
Anyway, i started thinking about that after i smoked some left overs i had around here, but i think it makes sense!!!
Ill have some new pics by the end of the week or so, my friend is using my camera at the moment! Ill try to take some really nice shots!!!
See guys later!
Hey guys, really need some help with these matter!!!
Today i was checking my babes, and i discovered some "balls" hanging on one of my girls (tallest one). From some of the balls there are some hairs coming out (looks like it), could these be male flowers, or just some new female ones coming out???
Sorry i cant post any pics at these moment, but, just to be in the safe side, should i get those balls out of there???
Thanks!!!
If there's hairs you should be fine. Also the calyxes will swell a lot during flowering so they may seem to be balls, and since they'll swell and the hairs will wither, they may really seem like balls, but they're not.
hairs=female
so nothing to worry about :)
iar...
Once a plant is switched to FLOWER (12/12) it shoots up vertically for about 2-3 weeks.... growinh 1-3 inches taller everyday...
AFTER these first 2-3 weeks of flowering the plant stops growing verticaly.. and thats when the buds really start to get thick..
Yes you can harvest your plant in sections.... many growers do this.. some harvesting a single plant over a 1-2 week period...

Balls are male!!! yikes.. remoe very carefully without spreading pollen..
can you post a picture?
Sorry about the pics, besides the fact that my friend hasnt return my camera yet, my babes are sleeping now! Yes, i removed the balls, and after smashing them, i discovered what apears to me to be unfolded new foliage! could that be the case???
About the trichomes question ive posted a couple of days ago, any thoughts you guys would like to share???
Take it easy and enjoy the weekend!!!
Besides my buds being small, i guess they are looking fine, with all those resin glands! What do you guys think???
I have another 3 weeks to go before harvest, so should i start checking the trichome color??? Different colors, different highs??? Also, if the bud is small, but harvest ready, would the potency be milder because of its size???
Take care
looks GOOD!!
congrats. you will be stoned soon!
Last weekend i was relly weak, i chopped some buds from my worst plant and dried for a couple of days. I was surprised (and stonned) with the result of my first tasting , even more with the fact that i have grown these weed!
Im sorry, but with new pics, i also have new questions. About the pistils, they were like 10-15% red/brown when i took my sample, but after a few days of drying it was like 70-80%! Ive read that i should harvest when they are like that(70-80), so what am i missing here? Am i misscounting the pistils? Would it make that big diference, to wait more????
I guess im gonna kill my worst girl these weekend, and let the other four reach their destiny!!!
Anyway, i just need to thank you guys for all the knowledge that we have been able to share these past couple of months. But hold on, cause we dont have the final result yet!!!
Take it easy you all!!!
damn looking good ! Can't wait to see the total yeild of the crop .
excellent, i bet that little treat felt pretty good to smoke (having patiently grown it yourself :D .)
can't wait to see the big colas!
Hey iar,
How long have they been flowering?
These sunday they beggin 8th week! About the pisttils, whta so you think? %???
