:mad: well my bros bday is on saturday night, and theres like 40 people going to his house for a party. we will have a lot of alcohol, and a little bit of bud. well, the problem is....theres this kid in an above grade that has called the cops on a few different girls when they had parties before. he drinks and smokes himself, so i dont know why he would do it...but a couple kids think that he is gonna call the cops on our party. i didnt think he would at first, but now im not sure...

my friends mom WILL be home, and upstairs, and we will be in the basement/back yard all night. man...if he does do it, hes going to get FUCKED Up by a few different people...

yeah if he does kick the living shit out of him. then plant methamphetamines on him and call the cops on him! we'll see whos laughing then!

WAIT i just watched a video on this,if the cops come say that you dont consent to any types of searches and there are no illegal substances of any thpe and if everything is ok now.ALSO when they go to ur door walk outside and shut ti and tell them the stuff i told you too and also tell them you dont want them searching your house without a warning and apologize for them having to have to come out on an account of some hater who keeps lin to try to get you guys arrested

If they have to leave to get a warrent for an hour, that's plenty of time to get rid of everybody and everything. :thumbsup:

guys, his mom will be home so if they DO come, she will answer the door while we are in the basement.

the kid who is having the party told me that his mom knows that there will be some drinking although she doesnt want people to...

One thing you can do to help your situation is to make sure you keep the noise level down. This way if the cops are called and you friend's mom answers the door she can tell the cops that there is nothing going on and that she doesn't consent to searches without a warrant. There's absolutely nothing they can do if she does that.

There is also a video on YouTube that shows some things about handling situations like this...however i can't find the link at the moment, lol.

lethal, i have the video bookmarked and i watch it every once in a while. yeah theres nothing to worry about i guess, i'll just go, play song pong, flipcup, shotgun some beers, and smoke some bud :D i'll be a happy guy

Took the words ouf of my mouth. If you're throwing down outside and the cops show up and see a bunch of drunk kids, the adult on site will be held responsible. If you're worried out it, keep the beer hidden well so it's not out in the open. Unless there's some kid running around with a beer in hand, then the cops really won't have a reason to search around.
If by chance the parties busted up, the mom may be able to plead ignorance and hope for the best.

Loads of other possible senarios, but all in all I think you're fine. This is what being in HS is all about. If the lady is fine with hosting an underage party, then she's prolly ready to take the fall if need be. You're only young once, live it up while you can, just be wise about it :D

fucking hell, i really dont understand America sometimes.

How can the cops come give you trouble if you aint breakin' the law? Yeah underage drinking and all that, but you'll be on private property, what can they do?

If the cops show up and ask questions, absolutely do not answer any questions. Instead ask, 'Am I being charged with something?' If they respond with anything other than a yes or no, simply repeat the question, but don't be a smartass or dick about it. When they answer the question, if it's a yes (you are being charged), ask what you're being charged with, then ask for a lawyer. If they answer no, tell 'em, well then, you're going to be on your way and have a nice evening, officer.

Don't let them search anything, don't let them in the house, don't answer any questions except for your name, and provide them ID if they ask for it. Also, if anyone has a camera of some kind that records video, get them recording what's going on, so the cops can't just make up stuff after the fact.

copsll brake a party up if they suspect theres underage drinking or potential drugs involved...with or with out a warrant...so keep it incospicious...keep the noise down and keep the number of heads as low as possible...make people park their cars away from the house

If cops were to arrive at your door simply keep the noise down, lock your door handle and step outside with them .. If you leave it unlocked they may walk in and you cant do anything to stop them. If its locked on the other hand ... Talk to them outside, the worste they are going to say is keep the noise down we got a complaint blahblahblah. They might ask if theres alchohol and if anyone there is of age, make sure someone is of age ......
