are they ready?? guys help me!!

hey all.. well its me again.. this is my problem.. my 3 whitre rhinos are 9weeks into flowering and most hairs are stil white and the trichomes are a mix of cloudy and clear.. or at least i think.. see this is the main prob the bulb on my 30x scope has run out.. n under the light makes it hard to see the trichomes... allso the buds are quite small for there age.. well i was goin to flush them for 14days starting tomoro.. in the pics the buds look alot bigger then they are.. i mean 1 plant that i done LST on has a big main cola but the other buds at the top are thin as a pencil..heres a few pics.. sorry they aint to good strain is white rhino.. but if any1 can say if they think they look ready to flush or not i will be very greatfull.. they are both showin signs of nutee burn so i wasnt goin to feed them ferts anymore.. i jus dont want the thin buds and white hairs at 9 weekds puttin me off and i harvest to late or early.. in lookin for a heavy body stone on some buds but the amber trichomes just dont seem to be comin.. anyways advise welcome:confused:

i just seem to be goin in my tent checkin the trichomes like 6 times a day.. i think i should flush now.. but then im thinkin wot if i do and in 14 days the clear triches havent turned cloudy.. damn i need a spliff.. heres few pencil buds lol.. to flush or not to flush that is the question?:confused:

damn these pics r not goood.. see the first pencil pic or pen well the bud looks just as fat as the bubbleicious at the bak that is in fact alot fatter and im harvestein next week.. so ye ignore the plant/s at the back only the front 2

hey floyd2zapper i have been usin mother earth veg and bloom ferts i feed them every other watering at 1ml each litre 100& organic bio biz soil .. they have been on 12/12 for 10 weeks.. but they showed sex 1 week in to flowering.. 1 was bout 10 days in to flower.. so 9 weeks of flowering time.. to flush im goin to use final phase .. then i will flush in the bath with plain water same again the folowing day til the water is more clear and not yellow.. let the soil dry and harvest.. but should i start the flush 2moro as thats wen i was goin to water them?? allso if i do flush tomoro and after 12-14 of flushin there is still some clear triches would it be ok to let them go another week makin it 12weeks??

hey all.. well seen as no1 has answered.. i thought i would let u know i have decided to let them go 2more weeks.. with no more ferts just plain water and 1 watering with final phase.. i just hope that all is ok. :thumbsup:

allso heres a pic of the top half of my bubbleicious that i harvested today 9 weeks of flowering cant wait to try her out :thumbsup:

i dont see much wrong with your plants
theyre not really pencil thin, and even if they are don't look at the width look at how long they are...

i mean thats the best advice i can give you..

hey there Bodom Children .. yes i am goin to harvest them white rhinos in 2 weeks. that harvested plant was 1 of my bubbleicious.. yes i will deff let u know what she smokes like.. well i can let u know right now:dance: as i harvested the bottom buds on that small plant 8 days ago.. i havent cured these small buds.. but they r dry and they taste rather nice cant quite explain the taste.. i wouldnt say taste like bubblegum but does have a nice aroma.. the buds look amazin the small bottoms buds were still very solid trichomes r coverin the bud like crazy.. the top half got flushed properly so i expect that to taste even better.. o and the high seems to hit my head really quick n stays there .. not bad i say considering the seeds was only £10 a pack.. well my other bubbleicious does actuly smell like bubblegum:D shes getin harvested later this week hehe all good.. just them damn rhinos need 2 more weeks due to showin sex late and heat.. i allso plan on curin all of my buds by cuttin the plant from the lowest i can get then i will cut the branches so they r single.. line them out on my dryin rack turnin once every 24hours.. after bout 2 days i will trim off the fan leaves then place back on rack leave them for bout 2 more days them trim off all the unnessecery leaves let the buds dry some more till the strem snaps or is on the verge of snappin. then i will place them in my mason jars and open them twice for 10 mins every day or however often i need to.. let em cure for 2 weeks then start smokin my lovely buds letin them cure as i smoke.. but i think i will take say an 1/8 of dry uncured weed from each plant to see me throuh while i let em cure up a bit.... i just cant wait to start my next grow.. im thinkin of buyin some ak48 as ive heard its great.. blue mistic as im very interested to see if it does have a nice berry taste like the breeder stated also a nice blueberry strain thinkin of duch passion.... damn theres to mainy strains to chose from.. happy safe growing all:thumbsup:

I really like AK-48, have grown it twice now, and will undoubtedly grow it more in the future. Really easy-to-grow plant, with good yields, and a great buzz, and the buds always look awesome. Last grow was two White Rhinos and one AK-48, and the AK-48 yielded more than the two White Rhinos put together, and did it quicker.

That said, Nirvana Blue Mystic is next for me, got five seedlings going now, plus one Durban Poison x Skunk freebie that germinated okay, which I'm not sure what I'm going to do with. But I don't know the sex of any of them yet anyway, so I can postpone any decisions until I know what I have, sex-wise.

Here's a plan: you grow some AK-48 (which you will love), and I'll grow some Blue Mystic and let ya know how that is.

The second pan of brownies seemed stronger than the first, is why I wonder if the oil is doing the equivalent of 'curing' just like it would in bud form. If so, that last pan of brownies is gonna kick my ass! ;)

well thats decided then.. im deff gonna grow some ak next grow and i think i wil have to do a blueberry as i have smoked it a good few times and just love the taste.. i mite even buy another nirvana pack in and do 3 seeds from each.. hmmm im liking it.. bring on next grow.. o and most importantly lets hope for some lovely ladies:thumbsup:

I might dry mine like that, sounds like a good method. Where are your drying racks located? blueberry sounds like a good plan:thumbsup:

hey there Bodom Children Of.. this may sound strange but i have my dryin rack under my bed lol.. well as i share this house with rest of my family my bedrooms the only place to dry.. and the only complete dark space is under the bed.. but ye i dried my last harvest like this no probs wot so ever.. nice natural slow dry.. :thumbsup:

i made this to dry mine but i don't know what im going to do as far as outtake fan. I might just get a small computer fan without carbon scrubber and put it on a timer so i don't overdry the buds to a crisp.:stoned:

hey there Bodom Children:) as long as u dont have the fan directly on the buds they should be ok.. just check them every day as u dont want them to be as u said crispy dry.. well on my first harvest i had the fan on them wantin to dry them quick.. not a lot of knoledge.. well they ened up crispy.. then i hung some buds in my dark grow tent faced the fan against the wall.. buds was better less crispy.. but i have found the best way to dry is to let em dry natrully.. aslong as ur dryin them in a room with a window open with some air flow around the room theres no need for a fan.. only if like ur dryin them in a closet or such with no air flow then u might want a fan.. but just do as i did and experiment find out what works good for u.. anyways im gonna chill with a spliff and trim up my harvested main cola.. happy growing brother:thumbsup:
pps.. if your buds dont smell to much there is no need for a scrubber while dryin... i used my carbon filter for this grow. but my buds are as i said under the bed and there is no smell comin out so no need to use the scrubber on dryin them... good luck:rasta:

How do you determine harvest time? Number of days? Trichome color? How many calyxes turn brown?:smokin:

i find the best way is to go by the trichomes.. days is no good as the plant could be 8-9 weeks in flower ready to harvest by days-weeks but could still be behind .. but as long as the trichomes tell u its ready then u know for sure its ready.. just harder for me to determine as the bulb on my 30xscope has blown so i have to check them in my grow tent under the light.. anyways happy growin :)

That's just some in-line duct fan from Lowe's. :stoned:
I think it is 250cfm if I'm not mistaken.:smokin:
I'm not familiar with HPS so can't really say opinion.:twocents:
It's no pussy fan though; it cools 6-26watt CFLs in one 22gal rubbermaid container.:thumbsup:
I'm scared to stick my fingers in it while its going, seems like it could chop or damage them.:cursing:

I use the 60x-100x microscope from radioshack to look at my trichomes.:smokin:

Depends on the high you're aiming for. If you want that couchlock body stoning, let ten percent or so of the trichomes go amber on you. The longer you wait, the more of a couch lock it will be. If you want more of an 'up' high, harvest a few days before that point. Keep in mind the 'couchlockness' also depends on the strain, and Indicas are naturally more of a couch lock than Sativas, so there are limits on how much you can affect this by altering the harvest time. I usually harvest when there are 5 percent amber and most are cloudy, personally.

yeh as he said mrberrie 5% amber is around about best for couch lock as the ddespence kills me and with growing for pain relief and help to sleep harvesting a 5% i get a real knock out stone from the white strains .Your plants look sweet mate your white rhino buds are just like the russian buds at harvest time long and thin.are you a uk grower mr berrie.be safe all the postman.
