Hi all am growing ak47 they are 15 days old from seed today.the outer edges of the leaves just starting to slightly curl.Any ideas as to what might be causing this.My ph 6.30 and nutes cf 18-20.
Ps should of mentioned they are in an nft system with 2 air stones in the res
pictures?
Hi all any advice on the cause of the leaf curling welcome.Thought could be nutes to strong so lowered from (cf 18-200 to (cf 14-16) Am using a 600w hps aircooled light thats about 24 inches away but will lower over the next few days.
Usually when the tips curl up shows a heat prob ... whats the temp ???

The temp is (28c) (83f)
ive got a similar problem with two of my plants i dont think its the heat causing it as the others are fine
my grows setupcompletly different to yours so fuck knows

What setup r u using.is it hydro or soil.
those are some fat little indica leaves
but 83F to warm get it down to about 75-77F
are the tips turning brown? if so u could have a magnesium prob. lookin good tho!

No not turning brown just curling.am going to try an lower the temp see how i go.will post some more pics in a few days see if there is any improvement.

It probably is the heat. 75 is optimum.
good thing to hear that the tips arent browning. try throwing another oscilating fan in there with the plants get some more air movement. i had the same prob and the extra fans helped alot! also droped the temp 5-10 degrees.

Hi stylus.thanks for the advice i will put another fan in tomorrow as my temps (26.5) Going to try and bring it down to (23 c) got my first 7 finger leaves today small but there here.

Ps there 17 days old from seed today.Will post pics now on every tuesday so next post they will be 21 days old.so check them out every tuesday for new pics. Cheers
