the word 'tough'

seriously, if 'ph' in a word makes an 'f' sound, then why does 'gh' also make an 'f' sound in the word 'tough', but not in the words 'thought', 'though' and 'through'? Well? hmmmm?

LOL, One time I was with a group of about 6 or 7 of my best friends. We were smoking some amazing weed, and had some hash too, so as you can imagine we were all high as hell.. anyway, I took a couple of hits on a bucket (thats a gravity bong) but no one else did, because theyd never done one before.. So there I was, higher than everyone in the room, and I went into my own little world.. When I came out of it (got dragged out of it, actually lol) I tried to join in the conversation my friends were having, but I was so high I didn't know what language I was speaking. I mean, I was just speaking normally, none of them noticed anything different, but to me it seemed like I was speaking in some crazy, messed up langauge.. I started saying words really slowly to see if I recognized them.. I was like "paaaaass.... the...... liiiiiiiiiiiight.. light.... light-eeeeerrrrr-rrrrr-rrrrr".. everyone started laughing, asking what the fuck I was doing, and I was like "Dude, what language was I just speaking?" hahaha you do some wierd shit when you're high, eh :pQuote:

Once when my friend and I were sitting at a bar a really, weird guy kept buying us drinks from across the room (yes, we kept accepting them, helllll yeah). We knew sooner or later he was going to come over and talk to us, so we decided to act like we didn't speak English. But then we realized we didn't know any other languages. All she could remember was, "Who farted?" in Arabic, because her old college roommate had taught her it years before. So we practiced saying, "Who farted?" in Arabic over and over at the bar. Finally, he got out off his stool, and just as I thought I was going to get to use my new phrase, he left.
The best language is spanish QUE NO a couple words and your done.But one thing though when your High you dont give a fuck what languge it is all you whant is the lighter and you use the universal language you streach out your hand and that's it Y SI NO and if not you use your feet to kick it from somebodys hand fuck everyone is lazy when there High no matter what language they speeeeeeekha.
