how do you inhale?

How do you inhale correctly to get high? Do you suck smoke from pipe/roach/whatever you using, hold in mouth, then open mouth and inhale normal air hard? or do you suck smoke from whatever your using and open you throat so it automatically goes into your lungs? help

Breath in as deep as you can, all the way straight down to your lungs. After the smoke is in, keep inhaling. The average human doesn't use %100 of their lungs, so smoking is a good way to break them in. what i showed my GF cause she wasnt too sure either take the hit in your mouth then suck in a bunch of air after like gasping for air worked for her until she learned her own way

think of it this way, all youre doing breathing like you normally would, but with burning weed connected to your mouth. haha. dont worry about the smoke, youll learn to avoid burning your throat.

naaah bro i know what you meen....IT DOESNT MATTER...As long as you get the air deep in your chest...I use the "mouth" for blunt and joints...otherwise its pointless...

for huge bong rips I find it best to exhale fully right before your hit and inhale about 70% of lung capacity. Once you pull the stem and inhale the smoke keep inhaling fresh air afterwards to maximize the smoke's ability to go to the deepest part of your lungs. I use a 4' glass bong and this trick usually puts me on my ass for a few hours.
