what the hell is a nebulizer? post a pic and maybe we can give you an answer.
ok ill put some pics up in a minute but a nebulizer is a machine that transfers oxygen through a liquid and makes smoke that helps people with asthma or bronkitus,and i was wondering if you could put the weed in the place you put the liquid and light it then turn the oxygen on and transfer the smoke to larger quantities of smoke and use it as a bong

i dont think that would work... I use one of those some times after im done running or before i go to a paintball tournament.. and i dont see a way to smoke herb through it but u could try.. update if u do
