What a story I have to tell!

It all started when me and a friend decided to grow some plants up in the mountains by his cabin. that was about 4 months ago. my friend moved away to montana and he asked me to watch the plants and harvest at the right time. well i found out yestarday that it was going to snow where the plants are so today i decided to pull them. before i left this morning, my dad told me to be careful of the 'hunters' in the forest. immediately i began to think of what if a hunter found my plants. i eventually got up there about an hour later to find that my friends parents and grandparents were at the cabin. oh well no big deal, i just drove down the road a little ways by another cabin to park. i walked through the forest about 20 min. until i came to my grow spot and luckily my plants were fine, the buds were a little small, but they were there. i harvested the buds and all the leaves and headed down the mountain. i got to my car and began pulling the leaves off the stem when the owner of the cabin my car was parked by, came over and asked me what was up. i just told him i was mushroom hunting and knew his neighbors. after i played it off cool, he left and i got paranoid because i saw him stop and talk to my friends parents. so i headed down the road farther to turn around when i heard a 4 wheeler coming. it was my friends younger brother. we know eachother pretty good because i was always at this house. anyway he tells me that some hunters told his dad a few hours earlier that there was some marijuana plants up the hill a ways with wire around it to keep the deer out and that when he got back into town he was going to tell the sheriff. i kinda started freakin out because i could have run into either his dad, or the sheriff looking for the plants. after i chatted with him for like 5 min, i took off. about 10 min. later on my way down the pass, i passed a forest ranger with a sheriff following right behind him. i dont know if they were going to look for my plants, (which i had with me at this point) or if they were doin somethin else. all i know is my day could have been much worse if i had gone up there too soon, or waited too long. at least the hunters were nice enough to leave my plants alone.

To be safe, I'd find a safe place to dry your buds, you still may get some visitors if you get mentioned. Just a suggestion.

its ok about me being up there. see the reason why my friends bro came over is because his parents thought i was someone else so he came over to see who it was. i told kyle (friends brother) to tell his parents i was the person they first thought i was. so im pretty much totally outta the situation as long as kyle doesnt tell anyone the truth. i just got done smoking the rest of a joint that i had from earlier before i left so i was stoned when i passed the sherrif expedition and was like trippin balls thinking i was going to see his break lights light up and him flip a bitch, but everything was ok.

juan - i had 4 plants up there. some only grew about 2 1/2 feet while the biggest one was about 4 ft. well this really sucks because i live with my anti-marijuana parents so ill just have to build something for my car and have the plants dry in my trunk or somethin. damn i hope i dont get pulled over cause it will reek like weed in my car. anyone else know how i can dry them efficient without being in my house or outside my house?

Was driving my 44ton artic at the time, and had just scored a shitload of 'bits' for the weekend (1oz speed, 40pills, 1oz of Thai...nice!). I noticed the cops on one of the sliproads leading onto the motorway (freeway), but thought that all was cool.... until I saw Johnny Law speeding up behind me....SHIT!!
They went past, and I thought that it would all be cool....nope - on came the fairy lights!! SHIT!!!
I should point out that I was also running bent at the time....SHIT!!!
They were stopping me because I have forgotten to attach my number plate to the trailer.
Me, being the silver-tongued blagger that I am, thought that I'd be able to keep them away from the truck, 'fess up to the no. plate, and collect my fine.
But, as I was being 'advised' by one cop, the other cop decided to have a nose around my cab!!...SHIT!!!!
All I kept thinking was 'don't open the baccy tin ffs!!!' - it would have prolly cost me 20yrs
I tried to play it as cool as I could - but when the nosey cop came back to the car, he whispered into his mate's ear...I thought, 'SHIT!!! I'm gonna go down for sure!!!'
But as it turned out, the nosey cop had only noticed that I was running bent (a serious offence in itself, but marginally light compared to what could have happened).

They didn't find the 'bits', thank fuck, and I ended up walking away with a £250 fine....I paid it gladly, and said a hearty 'thank you' to the Smoke Spirits.

Talk about having to sit down quietly for a bit...SHIT, I thought that they'd hear my fucking heart, as it tried to burst out of my rib-cage, I was that pumped up.

SHIT!!!! lol

Moral: Put the fucking number plate on the goddamn trailer, init!!

Ohhh, Resinate, similar tale. Wavy flashback, with Wayne Cambell effect,....10 or 11 years ago, riding in a Volkswagon bus with a reggae band (bf was guitar player). On our way to a gig, just finished passing around several joints, everyone is blazed, the bus is still filled with smoke. Suddenly, the driver notices orange cones and cop cars and many flashing lights...FUUUUCK!!!

It was one of those random check points, where they stop everyone for no reason. Not only are we all completely stoned, everyone on board is each carrying their own stash. All I could think was, "That's it, we're all caught...my parents will leave me in jail to rot..."

Driver just keeps repeating, "Everybody be cool!"

But the cop waves us through! Without stopping us! The only reasonable explanation we could think of was that we had PA tags and we were driving through NY. Or the cop realized he had a bus full of dreadlocked violators, and didn't want to be bothered with all of the b/s it would take to haul us all in (paperwork etc.).

Not a good thing to be found doing, you know..lol like, the max fine I coulda got was £2500!!! So I was very VERY lucky

I was going to ask, being a truck driver myself, I'd never heard the term "Driving bent" I learn something new every day :D

those are all close calls. I have yet to *knock on wood* get pulled over bent or get caught simply smoking, but when i did try growing i caught found out and had to quit.

it always sucks when your stoned or have lots of weed with you and there are cops around. shit. tomorrow night im going to central washington university and watching a debate with the chief editor of high times, Steve Hager vs Robert Stutman, a well known DEA asshole who are debating the legalization of marijuana. I cant wait! btw my buds are drying and they have that spicy kinda of smell. i wish i had a digital camera so i could show all of you.

I got stopped today by a cop and almost got arrested for wreckless driving b/c I was speeding. And it wasn't even excessive speeding, I was only going like 65 in a 55. There was no traffic.........I don't know I think the guy just wanted a reason to pull someone over. ASSHOLE!! Luckily I wasn't stoned.......YET!!!

This past summer me and some friends were driving to a show, smokin bowls on the freeway when a truck driver drives by and waves seeing we were smokin a bowl..Then about 10 miles down the road we hear him honking his horn so we look and see him pointing to a bigg sign ahead saying....CHECKPOINT--STOP AHEAD ARMED FEDERAL AGENTS (the checkpoint from san diego-orange county checking for illegals from mexico).We almost shitted are pants as we had over 2 oz's in the car,bongs,pipes,and blunt wrapes not a good thing.So as we aproach the check point scared shitless we realize there is no one at the checkpoint and drive right by didnt smoke agin tell we got to the show.

true res,u can never be to carefull when its your freedom on the line byw where u from? in the US(florida at least) they cant open things like tht w/o ur permission thas why i always carry my weed in a altoids box and super hiden if its in my car wich i try to avoid al together,and never forget the little stuff,,,its wot gets u caught,not stopin for stop signs,not usein a turn signal,lisence plat expireds goid like 5 mph over the limmit ect
