the millenium... cause i am from the future. otherwise, i would pick the seventies if it werent for the fashion and womens inequality
definitly the 70's, there would be bomb ass acid in abundance, and it would be so easy to walk down the street and score a sack
i would go back to when they only had boats or caragese pulled by horses. why you ask. because i would like to see the world befro it was all narstry a poluted
dude the 70's. id hang out with like slater and kelso and forman. and randy pink. yeah people from two different things whatever thad be cool. im fuckin baked ok?
LOL, everyone says the &0's because of That 70's Show. Most of what I remember about the 70's though was disco. Not something I want to live though again.
I'd go back to San Francisco in the late 60's. Back when The Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, etc were playing weekly concerts in little Theaters and the Acid Tests were in full swing. Kool-Aid anyone??;)
As much as i hate the style the movies even the cars,Id hav to say the eighties cause thats when i smoked tia budda ,that weed was the tastiest potent bud i ever smoked .u cant get it in Aus anymore thats why id choose the eighties and buy up big!
The late 60's also..back when Haight Ashbury was big andd go live thier and trip on acid all the time!!! Ah dream on dream on.
60's baby. I love everything about it. Plus, my mom was a pot smokin' hippy then and thatd be hot to go to.
60s for sure, the seventies werent the fun groovy time that 70s show makes it look like
The late 60s.. no further explanation necessary. Oh what I would give to go back to that time and live it up.. :D
I would love to go back to the early Roman Empire. That would be fucking sweet fuck the sixties.
Yeah, man. What's with going back to the 60's and 70's? You can go back to ANY ERA IN TIME and you choose to go back 40 years??!
I'd go back about a million years....just for a visit, of course ;)
Peace
i would go live with the native americans before we kicked em out. Life would be so simple, hunt for food, play lacrosse, and smoke the peace pipe.
In the 20th Century, the 1920's was the best decade. Many people had cars for the first time, and the music was fantastic - it was the beginning of jazz and many other types of music were being recorded and performed. Radio and movies were also new, and the greatest writers were turning out great books, poems and short stories. Broadway was at it's best, and all varieties of art were thriving. It was also very prosperous, economically - until the crash of '29.
60's and 70's or colonial times.
If I had the ability to travel back in time I would probably go all the way back to the very beginning of evolution. Think of how much change one could make with today's knowledge.. I would be the closest thing to a God to just about every living human being ;) (Unless they ate me).
The Roman era would be really exciting as well. Think about it, the Romans were all about fun and pleasure.. sounds like I couldn't be happier anywhere else!
Then we got the infamous 60's. Like most people here already mentioned; the 60's would be quite a trip! :stoned:
Hopefully the future holds some surprises for us!
While I'd love to have experienced the 20s or maybe the 50s, I guess my wish would be to be a young adult during the 1967 to 1972 time period so I could have seen that time through more grownup eyes. From a little kid's viewpoint, it seemed very exciting and colorful politically, socially and culturally.
cant forget dazed and confused.Quote:

The 60's, yeah!
The 20's or 30's. I wanna wear a zoot suit and call people crazy cats.
60's it had the best music and id get a chance to do that really strong acid they used to drip on suger cubes. hmmmm:dance:
I think it would be cool to visit ancient Greece. But only if I could bring some cannabis seeds back with me and introduce them all to ganja. Let's say, the region of Ionia (in modern-day western Turkey), circa 600 BC.
That or Catalonia in the 1930s. That would have been a bitchin' place to be too.
Id go back 2,006 years and kidnap Jesus. I dont know where Id go from there, but its a start.
You and I need to buy a time machine.Quote:

except for the fact that when they made bread, sand got in it and ground their teeth down to the nerves, that'd kinda suck

I would then grab a bucket of popcorn, a big bong and watch all the religious freaks run around, shitting themselves that Armageddon is about to be upon them because I bought Jesus into the future.
Why would you go back 2006 years? If the Earth is over a million years old. Are you sure jesus was around then?
The 1960's and 70's weren't all that great. There was the killings of Martin Luther King and the Kennedyâ??s. There were race riots with police brutality, and people burning down their own neighborhoods. The Vietnam War was another big minus, and guys were getting drafted. Although most military people that first went to 'Nam were volunteers, people stopped doing this and they eventually started sending draftees over, also. The 1970's economy had a gas shortage with higher gas prices, inflation, skyrocketing crime, and most of the popular music and culture sucked. Don't be fooled by movies and images we see - it wasn't a picnic back in those days.
There are many eras that were much nicer, and better suited for a visit - or even to live through.
i duno i really wouldnt wanna live thru the 80's, i kinda like where i am

Well, it would be a way to find out if Jesus was around back then. If not, then Id just ask around.Quote:
