i don't think i would ever meet anyone from this board. too many people get busted for dumb shit on the internet.
Lets say I hypothetically met a couple of people. Purely hypothetical...I think it would be OK provided each was comfortable with the other. let's say in this hypothetical situation, I met someone locally...we have to smoke before any interesting conversations take place.
Again, hypothetically speaking, there are some great people here worth meeting and you never know what it may bring. All purely hypothetical of course.
it would depend on who i mean if the person has like 800 posts i doubt there sketchy or a cop. Ive gotten some ims from people on here and i talk to some and some i dont because there weird. Its pretty commen sense

The best thing to do is if you're gonna meet up with someone, bring nothing but a joint and you both smoke out. The police do not have to identify themselves during the course of an investigation. An olds wives tales that has been proven false many times. BUT...the police cannot break the law during the course of an investigation. So if it really is a cop, they can't take a toke with you and then turn around and bust you.

I met with synthesizer man just about when I first started posting, he trusted enough that i just needed to smoke, came from the states to stay in the uk for a little while and he smoked me up, sometimes you just to have to have trust, actually I've met with him 3 or 4 different times since i've been here
thats a good point about smokin with them first before you talk..
yeah but if its a cop and you pull out a joint, they will just bust you for possession. they don't have to smoke it in order for you to show that you have possession of it. duh.

depending on who it is i would absolutly meet a cann.com member. I met up with ripodb when i lived on cape cod, he drove up we smoked a blunt in my gramm's basement... all was cool.
That reminds me the anual "freedom rally", or hempfest is the second week of september, people should come to boston, that day is usualy BEAUTIFULL. :) besisdes you guys can chill with me and my freinds and smoke so mutch tree we'll pas out!

I met a guy here (first and only one) and he turned out to be my (ex)boyfriend for a few months. Lol. I didnt trust him at first but it was more like "I have nothing else to do..LETS TAKE A RISK!" and it luckily ended up good.

Cops toke, dont kid yourself. They cant commit a felony. Cops most certainly can toke with you and turn around and bust you. They can sell you weed and bust you for the weed they just sold you, in the usa anyway. Fuck they can follow you down the street and harass and threaten you to buy drugs and when you do they bust you.
There are a few people on here I'd def like to hang with...But I guess I'd wanna meet in a public place or something first...I'd be afraid some 12 year old posing as someone else will try to toke with me or something!!

I met a guy from here once. He asked me to get him weed a few times. I haven't spoke to him in months. He probably found it elsewhere so he didn't have to pay a middleman, which is completly understandable. I had no problems with him, but I was cautious when he first asked me. I was very careful the first time getting for him. No one busted me so I had no problems after that.
You just have to be careful at first. Ask questions and see if anything is sketchy. All you can do is say no.
