Just roll with it. Paranoia is just a cross between the effects weed has on your body, and the stupid shit you start thinking about when you're baked. It's just another part of the ride, man. Enjoy it.
think of it like watchng a scary movie only ur in it :thumbsup:
yeah man I think of it as like a movie that is just like futuristic, instead of watching a screen, you're watching all around you like you're there :D
how come some people get paranoid and others dont, what actually causes it. Sometimes I get high and im super chill and other times I hear a cat meow and assume its the sirens coming for me

I used to love it.
I'd scare myself into thinking that everyone knew I was stoned when I was doing my day-to-day stuff....like shopping.
I'd think: " Shit, all I have in my trolley is buscuits and chocolate and one piece of fruit!..They MUST know I'm stoned!"

the best way to reduce paranoia is being in control of your own mind. If you can manage to be clear-headed enough to remember that nothing in the world is different than it normally is, and that it's only a matter of your perception that is changed then you should be ok. It is easy to believe that people are staring at you because when high it seems like they are when they're really just looking at you normally. (or perhaps not, due to your behavior but whatever) If you start to get paranoid just close your eyes for a moment and clear your head of thoughts, then remember that you're high and everything is fine as wine!!!
stand still close your eyes,
breath in and say to yourself outloud,
fucking weed.
youll feel much more secure that youve re-assured yourself its the weeed effects...when i do this the para's normal drop
hmm very helpful ways to reduce paranoia. I got so super paranoid taht I thought everyone was making fun of everything I do, so i crawled up into my bed and lay there till I fell asleep.
I did some coke once and got so fucking paranoid I jumped about ten feet in the air when my buddy called my name...
I STILL have no clue how in God's name I managed to drive to his house to smoke that joint...
BUT it was some seriously good smoke man. :stoned:

I just go on about my business to get ride of paranoia. I don't see how it can be 'fun' if you're obsessing on it.
some paranoia is fun as hell...like when you hear a noise, and you go outside to get the people watching you
but that usually doesnt happen with weed
the most common paranoia with marijuana, is the thought that people are making fun of you, when your completely baked...when in fact, theyre as stoned as you are, and may be having the same thought
used to go with my band of buddies and go to hornbachers...the local 24 hour supermarket...and buy a bunch of suda, and munchies...im sure they knew something was up, as we would take nearly 20 minutes deciding what to get of candy...but hey, i had so much fun in those days, dont give a shit what they know...after all, if someone works the night shift at a grocery store...theyre probably used to it, and dont care
usually i will make fun of my friends for being paranoid by doing stuff like saying "we are smoking cannabis" in a kind of loud voice. i guess it's not a great idea and it may make my friend more paranoid, but it just makes me laugh
