It doesnt happen that often, and even when it does atleast it doesnt last as long as it used to. Not sure if you were here a few months ago but it was REALLY bad a while back lol. As rarely as I see these notices I dont complain about them anymore :).

It peaks up from time to time.

Today has been one of those days. I've run into server traffic a couple dozen times since late last night.

The last time...it bugged me.

Hey, call me a cynic...but that was a goof thing for you to do KIWI. Essentially what you did is say, that any topic you're aware of, is fair game to be closed.

Now go to the Cultivation forum and start clsoing threads about topics you're aware of.
