i think its a very cool coincidence that somebody found on random. probably the result of some creative cross breeding... but iunno for sure.

Well they will have a plant and then it will have a faint smell and they keep breeding it specially to enhance that smell and cross it with other things to get a better odor. I think but im not sure.

It's about the sugars inside of the plant. Just like real blueberries.
You know, anyone who grows other plants knows that this isn't just indicative to cannabis. There are dozens of plants that smell and look like other plants.

Yes selective breeding, i couldnt think of the what the actual term was at the time. But ya ive had blueberrie in probably about 6 or 7 different times and each one smelled like blueberries but some more then others.

I mean, do you think if you drank soda for a few years you would taste like soda? I mean, yeah, anything the plant takes in is definitely going to affect the plant, but its taste and overall characteristics are found more in its genetics, just like you and me.
Science is cool though, right? For my next grow I'm going for tastes, really to just experiment on this whole subject. There's bud that tastes like blueberry, fruit loops, candy, oranges, etc. It's so big and all so wonderful.
EDIT: Delta, you are a fast mofo. But yeah, selective breeding is really cool, but way too long of a process for some as impatient as me. Then again, maybe that's what makes me a beginner.
I'm not saying adding more sugar is what does, simply that you could add/change the characteristics of plants. Iā??m having some mood swings right now lol the first time I tried to type this it came off much more harsh

I've heard of people adding stuff to their plants, and to tell you the truth, there's no way I would add anything (well, short of fish emulsion) to my plants. It just sounds kinda... unnatural to me. I'd say stick to the genetics, you're usually safe there.

ahhh ya I'd really like to try blueberry some time soon but at around 350$ an ounce i dunno I hate buying expensive dank 1/8ths like for 65$ I wanna buy in bulk and sell some of it off to make some $ back.
The only flavored weed I've had was Lemon and that was amazing to me because it actually did indeed taste like lemons. If there was a lime weed I'd be hitting that up

Ya blueberrie is a really nice strain but its not as powerful as alot say and when i got it i knew the grower and he got his seeds off of a site called heavens stairway or somethen and it was alright but ive had better. Cindy99 and apollo 11 are great cindy has a really really awsome grapefruit smell real citrusy. I kno what dank is i just had a typo.

You have a point but its still unpractical to water a plant with a liquid like orange juice or something to make it smell like oranges. What ur saying is more like soakin the actual plant in a solution to make it smell.
