Americans only, watch and learn, if you are ever worried about getting busted by police this is extremely important, and it's fun as hell, too. :D Could save you a few years in prison one day.

That video helped me get out of a couple encounters and I encourage everyone to watch it cause it fuckin helps! Everyone should know there rights!

They got the cop thing totally right, people get the dumb idea that if they just give up the pot and are honest everything will be okay, despite what your mother told you honesty can get you in a whole lot of trouble at a time like that

I watched it even though im English, still interesting.

At the end of the day i know by smoking cannabis im "breaking the law" but im prepared to go to prison for it, and i'd be proud.

That's such an excellent video that I wish it were part of the permanent stickies on this forum. Truly everyone needs to watch it. Then they should watch it again every three months or so.

Yes, mods, if you are watching, make the video a sticky, please. This could be the difference between going to prison or going home for many people. It is very important for someone to know they're constitutional rights. :)

It occurs to me that the potential possible hangup with our sticky idea is that it's a completely American-centric video related to American civil liberties. And this is a board visited by people around the world. Of course, it's easy enough to point out the fact of its American-centricity up front so others would know it doesn't apply to non-U.S. enforcement and judicial procedures.

If they don't choose to make it a permanent part of the board, I could understand their hesitation on the too-American-centered grounds.

Wish I knew that before I got searched a year ago. Good link I recommend anyone and everyone know what the fuck to do in that situation.

Hey Oreo, I hate to tell you, but forum rules dictate that you may not have a link to other commercial site in your signature....I like the link too, but you need to remove the link from your signature. you can link someone to info, as done here in the posts, but the new owners have placed a moratorium on commercial links in signatures and it has been posted for a couple months...Thanks for your cooperation...peace:smokin:

I don't mind sticking it, but I don't know how it will go over due to the commercial ramifications of a competitive site. If someone could post a non commercial link to the video, then I could probably stick it without any recourse.
