Can anyone offer any advice?

I have been employed 3 weeks at my new job and all of the sudden I walk in this morning and they pop a test on me. I smoked yesterday since I had no idea. I had maybe an hour before I took the test. I immediately took 4 asprin and drank a 32oz of gatorade and then 1 liter of water followed by 16 oz more of water. I tried to sub but they had someone watch me so I couldn't do that. So I had to pee myself. The sample was so clear it was like water. I tried the home strips but couldn't tell what it read after I took the test. Peed clear for 2 hrs after. Is there any chance I could have diluted enough that quick? I did pee once before going to take the test but I had so little time to get back to work that I couldn't delay any longer. Any hope for me? I know its probably not going to be good. I am the first person to get drug tested there as far as I know. And don't know why they chose to do it at all since I have been working great for 3 weeks. Everyone told me I would not even be tested, then all of the sudden, here, go pee. I have cried all day, I need this job to raise my 3 kids all on my own. Anyone have any ideas here on what I could do now or what my chances are? If you pee clear is that diluted enough or does it take a certain amount of time to fill up enough for dilution? I have never been through this before, have always been able to sub before. I only do weed and had 4 valiums this weekend. Am I totally screwed or what? Please tell me what you think. I appreciate any words of wisdom.

It depends.....you probably wont test positive for weed because it sounds like you got diluted enough, but you may get rejected for being diluted. You didnt have time to get your creatine up and your specific gravity was probably low. I have a test coming up but I`ve been clean on weed for 26 days now. If they give a 10 panel test the valium may show up but it`s not included if they gave you a 5 panel test. I`d say your chances are 50/50. 50/50 on not being diluted or positive for pot, and 50/50 on the chances that it may be a 10 panel and you fail on the valium. I dont know right off hand the detection time for valium but if you took them this weekend it may not be good. The best of luck though. Please reply on what happens. This is how everybody learns! The paper said it was a 7 panel. I took 3 valiums Fri. and 2 on Sat. I wonder if the aspirin had enough time to even work, it was less than an hour. I can't believe they tested me 3 weeks after I started work and called it pre-employment. And supposedly no one ever gets drug tested at this place. It is so messed up. I have already been given keys to the building and the password to the security system for crying out loud! Do you think it could at least be diluted? I added it up and had over 75 oz. of liquid and 4 aspirins in about 45 minutes. I was dying. But only had time to pee once, that worries me. But it was very clear, maybe thats a good sign. Or maybe I'm just grasping at straws. I will post results when I find out. Thanks for replying.

the chances of it being diluted enough not to test positive are pretty good if its clear. but the chances of them qualifiying it as diuluted are good too. it depends on what you are being tested for it they will call you and let you do it again. some people treat a diluted as a fail. it depends on the circumstances.

if its clear, pretty much at all, you passed, but they might make you take another one because of the clearness, if that happens take some b vitamins and use gatorade only, drink 2 of the huge jugs and pee at least once before it

I don't know what you people are talking about. Being clear has NOTHING to do with it. I recently had a test which I had a month to prepare for. I stopped smoking for 25 days and drank 3 gallons of water a day for the 25 days, I went to my local pharmacy for an at home drug test and failed it. 3 GALLONS OF WATER A DAY FOR 25 DAYS and I didn't even pass a 10 dollar home test. With 2 days left I ordered synthetic urine and passed no problem. I could've smoked the whole time. Since then I carry one at work for those special occasions. Only way to be safe is with clean piss, simple as that. I hate to say it, but I think you are screwed.

Lets just quit dancing around this thing and admit that your probably really hosed on this one.

I take 2 bottles with me everyday just in case there's a last minute piss test.

I passed my last test because of this board specifically because luckily I had 24 hours before I had to take MY random and I discovered this sight. I carry it at all times now because I never know if the circumstances will be the same the next time a random gets handed to me. I've seen my work make people be at the clinic within an hour, thank god I had 24 hours and this sight.

At best your test is going to be diluted and at best you employer likes you and doesnt make you go thru therapy and classes and all that crap if you do test positive. My work has a 3 strikes and your out type of thing were if they like you they will keep you if you go thru the program which costs a bunch of cash to you and your time but at least you'll be able to keep your job.

Yeah I know it looks pretty bad for me. 5 days and nothing yet. I did buy some hemp seed oil that you are supposed to take every day for omega 3 and 6 minerals. Does anyone know if this stuff can cause you to test positive? I am hoping I can maybe use that as an excuse. Yeah, they do really like me, say I am terrific and doing a great job. I have only been there 4 weeks now. And I really want to keep this job. So I am just praying for a miracle. By the way, I checked and most test results come back from 5-8 days so I'm hoping its not a bad sign. Well, cross your fingers for me.

Well I failed my test. I had no notice so all I could do was to take 4 aspirin and drink about 75 oz. of liquid in less than an hours time. I tried to sub but was watched so I had to give my own. And I failed, but I said I used hemp seed oil regularly and they told me to show it to them and they were going to give me a month to retest. I need to know if 30 days will be long enough for a daily smoker, about 1/4 oz. per week for years. I am 5'7 180 lbs. who has been exercising and losing weight for the last few months. Is there anything else I can do to help? Thanks.

put on long-jons, sweat pants, a sweat shirt, and multiple layers of clothing then go running at noon for an hour on a hot sunny day. If someone looks at you funny, tell them you have a big bout comming up and youre getting into your fighting weight. 4 days before test, stop exercising, eat fatty foods/red meat (esp late night) and sit on your ass as much as you can. If you did this every day for 30 days, you would be GAURANTEED to pass, but its pretty demanding. buy at home kit
