I need some metal pipe help..

I have several metal pipes and i am very interested in expanding my collection. The problem is i am tired of over paying for the pieces. I've been told by a head shop owner that they are all lighting parts, but i cant seem to find the pieces at any hardware stores or lighting stores. The pictures that are here is what i bought a few days ago but i spent ~25$ for this stuff and feel ripped off, please anyone tell me where to find this stuff cheaper and individually sold.

Yeah, I'd have to say that you were. When I bought my first smoking apparatus about 2 years ago, my friend and I got 2 metal pipes that look similar to your peices for like $7.

yeah i got a pipe back home that cost me 10$ with the same type pieces i already know i was ripped but i haven't seen anywhere else to buy em so i am trying to see if anyone here knows.

i don't know if this helps but you can go into home depot and head over to the plumbing section and they usually have tiny pipes and shit that screws together to form a somewhat decent pipe. i was high in home depot one time and noticed you can make some crazy pipes out of stuff....lol

Just a suggestion, but try switching to glass... you can get some decent glass for about $25 that hits like a dream.

my friends have glass pieces and i've used them plenty, but i am rough on my equipment so i need something a bit more sturdy, anyways i like to play with making more contraptions with them, the whole errector set qualities of a metal pipe kit along with the indestructability holds no opposition for me. But thanks for the suggestion

dude i admit it would be fun to build a pipe out of spare parts :D

and you don't have to replace cracked pieces, when you smoke with a torch glass devolops cracks pretty quickly...

no one knows where to find these pieces?!?!

Metal gets really hot, really fast. Not my preference. I have metal pipes, but glass is king.

I don't have a clue.. but my only guess would be look online for lighting parts?

I'm not trying to be rude guys but i really am just trying to ask if any of you know where to get these pieces, so please stop trying to convert me to glass, ive used glass, it was ok but i really really prefer my metal pieces.

And yes for the naysayer i know metal has a taste, believe it or not, i like it.

that sucks they only give you one stem so you can only really have one pipe at a time, unless you can buy more of the those long cylinders

this is about a quarter of my pieces, anyway you can build three pipes out of the pieces here check the picture, thats all from this kit here.

but still there are some specialized pieces that i am looking for such as a .375 tripple 45 degree female connector, this was i could make a two person pipe or even a dual bowl pipe if i wanted, but what i really want is a 90 degree elbow that is open all the way through so i can have a carb. Like the piece all the way in the bottom left corner of the pictures, if that piece had another hole on the bottom i would be happy.

Use glass, and everytime before you smoke light just the bowl part and clean it with a paper towel. I find it to makes the weed taste better cause its not filled with resin.

I always wipe out my bowl with a peice of curdorouy(sp?) after I smoke. It keeps the bowl from building up resin.

He already said that he didn't want to use glass man.. and here you go, if you can order stuff online this website sells the stuff by part http://www.superpiece.com/pipeparts.html I hope you find what you need

Ok, I'll cut the bullshit. That was my drunk posts for the year. As for local stores, I don't know what to tell you. You might ask them if they can special order something like that. It would more than likely cost an arm and a leg though. My shop of choice in town has a box about twice the size of the box in your pictures filled with parts you can buy individually.

i wish mine did, the closest place i can think of was in boone north carolina, they had a file cabinent sized chest full of the bitches, maybe when i get back down south ill start looking. An thanks for trying to help.
