this is my recent grow (sorry the pics suck, i broke my cam) im using 3 2-tube ballasts 48" tubes (4-cool white, 1-f40 full spectrum and 1 gro-lux plant tube)
i started this grow on 6.5.06 and oddly enough the biggest plant i got was germ. on 7.2.06 (pic 1 & 2)
i know the pics are grainy, does anyone have a guess on strain, im thinkin indica, because of the short fat leaves... but whatever

Looks like a indica sativa cross, probably 50 50 or maybe 60 40 leaning towards the indica side. Shuold be a nice combo to smoke.
yea thanks man, im still dont know about flowering with the tubes though, but ive had really good results so far..
has anyone on here flowered with cool white tubes before?
still no hps..... but i moved everything out doors and theyre doing better than ever... im cloning the females ive got and moving them indoors under the tubes.... thank god flowering is here =)

you can flower with those kind of bulbs but youll be getting some undeveloped lanky buds
youd be better off with CFL

How long have they been growing?
well inside i have a bunch of sage,spinish and mj under the floros which are about 3 wks.
the outdoor plant is about 11-13 wks
for flowering with fluorescent tubes, just go to WalMart, etc. ... they carry the GE 'Kitchen and Bath' tubes, which are a warm light temp, perfect for flowering (2700k, if memory serves me right) ... :thumbsup:
actually im thinkin about just doing a cfl grow because these tubes are so fragile and shit and hard to manuver in small aeras (pulley systems etc.)
and my hydro is all CFL
