Lost my smoking buddy

ok so my friend who i grew up with just recently quit smoking weed a week ago to save money and get a good job. now he hangs out with people who we used to hate. im so sad i've lost my smoking buddy, the first time i smoked weed was with him and we've been smoking ever since. hes changed so much since he's quit too. i was at his house a couple days ago and i was packing a bowl in his room and his new friends are telling me how i shouldnt smoke weed and my friend who would usually be telling the kids to go f**k themselves was just sitting there saying nothing, so i had to tell them to go fuck themselves. so the questiong i wanted to ask is have you ever lost one of your friends just because they quit smoking weed?

yes i did about an hour ago his girlfriend for like ages now knows i do it and it (i told her) and she turned straight to him and said you better not do it so now he won't go near it

My current girlfriend is a huge pothead, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I actually quit smoking some time ago, myself, but I still enjoy being around her, and I still like to hang with her when she's smoking, and I still like the same toker friends. I would never let a little thing like smoking or not control who I spend my valuable time with.

he did deal for a while, with me for a little bit aswell. he wants to get a job that requires a drug test though so he had to get it out of his system

ya my girlfriend is a pothead too its great cuz i never have to be worried about smoking in front of her and being high around her i usally just do it with her

Man, sorry to hear about that huh. I lost a good friend to the Almighty power of the police for getting busted for "sniffing" percs by the mall. And I lost another one because he always makes up excuses to not come with us.

Most of my friends don't smoke weed so no.

yea i lost a buddy..last time we smoked wit this kid it was in the winter..the temp was lik 10degrees...we got so high and then ate a shit load of burger king..he then got a g/f who of course is against anything that will mess you up..therefore shes the anti-fun

I had to quit smoking because I went in to the military but whenever I came home I didnt judge the people I use to smoke with because I couldnt. Thats why they are still my friends. Now Im out of the military after 6 years of honerable service and Im tokin with a couple of the same guys I use to smoke with back in the day.. granted not as often as they smoke up on their own but I have other responsibilities that take priority.. I guess it kinda has to be that way eventually... but theres still room for smoke time with bros every once in a while :)

even if its only like once a month for a couple of hits.. there are so many great clenser products out there unless you are working for playboy mansion or somethin you can have confidence in their effectiveness if you ever have to pass a drug test.. non smokers are in their own world.. occasional smokers (me) are cool.. they dont judge and I know I stick up for smokers every chance I get. I have a pretty high paying job and I was a 100% stoner in high school.. JUDGE ME NOW!!! hahahaha

Try and convince your friend to take a hit every now and then.. buy him a bottle of the best "pass your test" juice you can find a bag of the finest sticky icky you can get. Occasional smokers and the pass your test juice are almost guaranteed to pass drug tests.. Ive taken a piss test after smoking a couple bowls the morning after and passed (with pass your test pills and drinking ALOT of H20). Keep your friend.. dont let him go prude on you.

nope never happened to me and i hope it never does! im sorry about what happened man.. thats like a fear of mine.. losing my BEST friends (who i like to smoke w/ the most). i know A LOT of people who smoke around here.. almost everyone i know does at least once in a while. with the exception of a few. no1 i hang out with is really against it tho! i hope it stays this way.
maybe try and meet some people who liek to smoke..? and then you can all hang out and then just a couple of you will smoke while the other people just complain about it (i HATE if some1 complains about it and puts it down.. if you dont like it dont do it and shut up)
