I dont like doin it but ive found myself lying to my girl and family about weed.THEY KNOW I SMOKE IT BUT THEY AV NO IDEA HOW MUCH I SPEND OR HOW MUCH I SMOKE! I dont like lying abt it but i dont want to argue about it either .Do any of u guys find ur self lying about ur weed habit ...?:confused:
if they know about it, no sense in lying. Don't feel bad, smoking weed and doing drugs are frowned upon.
ummm no no ones ever asked how much or how much i spend but everyone who knows me found out i smoked today (stoned in class lol) one of my friends was hell bagging me out about it turns out my pupils were hell fucked up
only my parents, and i don't exactly lie, i just stretch the truth a bit
At a job interveiw yeah....Everyone else nope...
Plus I dont do drugs I just smoke herbs.....
nah, my friends know what i do, my parents know what i do, the cat is pretty much out of the bag.
I tell as many people as I can hoping someone is honest enough to say its about time I quit, but they just ask me for a hit and say my bud is nice then request an 1/8th
Everyone knows i smoke weed... Im proud of it and allways will be.
The only time I've lied was when applying for a job. Other than that, nope.
Surprisingly, no one in my family knows yet, and I been toking in my room for awhile now. I pretty much don't even cover up or hide the smoke, I used to use a doob tube but I'm pretty lax about it now.
I figure I'm 19 and consider myself a "responsible" toker. I know the history and the "truth" about weed, and if I'm ever caught red-handed I won't lie, I'll be honest and try to tell them the truth about it too. Hey, if they don't like it I'll be getting my own apartment in a few years anyways.
I usually lie about it when I'm with a group of friends who are anti-weed anti-drugs (though they seem like two completely different categories to me). Like one time I threw a house party when the rents were gone, I was about to bust out my 5 foot bong (see profile pic! :stoned: ) and toke up but a group of girls who were there started talking about how weed's disgusting and how after smoking it you "look" like a druggie and shit. Fucking ignorant as hell but I planned on hooking up with one of them later, so I left the bong in the closet for later. :thumbsup:
I lied to my girlfriend once and I hated it so I tell her before I smoke.
I dont lie to my rents about it because theres no mention of it, if my mom was to ask, hmmmm....I reckon i'd lie but in a few years i'll tell her.
Im 16 now, i think she'd disaprove.
I won't admit it to my Dad (even though he knows my sister and brother smoke weed) because as soon as I do, I'll have to hear him bitch everytime I ask for money
when my rents first found out I smoked, I lied and said 1-2 times a week, tho it was basicly a dayly occurance.. tho when me n my rents would talk about it I started reffering 2 my self as a "stoner".. now they know I smoke more then twice a week.. worked well, if ur trying 2 let them know w/o ful out telling them
Not really even my boss knows I toke and is ok with it he has even looked after my stash for me.
i lie to my p.o., ive told an employer i was going on a smoke break.... lol is that lying?
My girlfriend and family know I do it. They just don't know how often (everyday, if I can). That's all the info they need to know. :thumbsup:

My parents don't necisarrily(sp) know that I smoke, but my dad completely believes the live above the influence bullshit. He says to me sometimes,"Son, you are going into high school this year, and there will be alot of temptations. Just remember to live above the influence."

As far as people that I encounter at work and such, they know I'm a stoner, but I don't cause any harm, so it's not a problem, as for my mom, she used to hate pot, but since I've talked to her about the harms and problems that come with other drugs, she's cool with me smoking. Man, I wouldnt be able to lie to my girlfriend about it. When I was toking too much I did once, and that made me realise that I was toking too much if I have to lie to my girlfriend! She tokes too, but not much, not even enough to really buy it! But me and her have the same friends, and EVERYONE tokes, so ya know, she's always in a circle.
But my parents know, my dad knows Im a man who has choices and opinions to make and form. My mam fucked things up with my older brother about other stuff so she's taking the same approach with me about pot. Which is a ridiculous no talk-shouting "Im gonna make your life hell if you continue to take drugs". Direct quote! Great parenting. Im seriously considering moving out to live with my dad for a while.
I never lie about what I am and if people have a problem with it that's just tough.

I don't exactly LIE.. I just don't say anything.. And I'm proud I smoke, I just don't want all the "grown up" people look at me in disgust, so I don't tell them..:p
I try to inform those who don't know any better and if they still have a problem then my answer is ,"you do your thing and I'll do mine".
If it comes up I feel as an adult I should be able to make my own choices and if they don't approve of that than they can go shove it because I respect what they do with there life so why can't they do the same for me?I don't do it around them but certainly at my place its my place.:thumbsup:

I hate lying, but sometimes I have to to keep it a secret. Believe me...I DO NOT LIKE LYING AT ALL!
For example, like when my parents want to talk to me, its always mysteriously when I am done smoking and I'm pretty blazed. I'm still 100% conscious of my actions even though I am high. I'm like "I can't. I'm busy!", or when they wanted to check out my bed frame because they were gonna get me a new bed, and I keep my pipe right beneath my bed and so I told them I do need a new bed. And believe me I need a new bed! I hated doing that.
It sucks, but its the sacrifice you take. Actually, if weed was legal I wouldn't have to go through this bullshit!! My parents would just take the weed away and give me a spiel. My mom used to be a dealer way back in the day.
