Found Dad's Stash

OK. I have been caught many times before, with weed. My parents found everything of mine too, like 5 pipes and 2 bongs plus 3 jars. That is history. Over the holidays, my mom got drunk and accidentally told me everything, that being that my dad smoked weed up until about ten years ago. They, like most parents, like to believe I don't smoke anymore, I mean it has been 6 months since I last got caught. So today I was hunting for change because I was gonna go to the Coinstar machine when whoa: I find my dad's stash in an old travel back stock full of old lingerie (don't ask.) His stash is a cheap plastic baggy containing a small wooden pipe and an eigth of some extremely dry, but smelly weed. In the same pocket I found a bank receipt from a year ago which proves he knows about it. Also they caught my sister a week ago with her pipe and about a quad. I know this stash is independent from mine and my sisters. Alright, what I am thinking of doing is using it as leverage for the next time I get caught, but we are moving within a month and I am not planning on getting caught anytime soon. Any suggestions. What would you honestly do? Should I bust it out on him? Oh God, This is confusing. BTW the only (good) reason they gave me for not doing it was the legal issue.

na dude, Id go to your dad alone and talk to him about it. Come to an agreement where he wont crack down on you anymore unless he stops smoking.

how about you talk to him alone and get him to match you on a few bowls?

EDIT: I mean hell, take an orange peel and put in his bag with his weed to moisten it back up, then you guys could smoke that shit :D:pimp:

What i am worried about is my mom. Both my sisters smoke and i now know that my dad smokes or has recently or does occasionally, but my mom is kind of the outsider. this makes my life much more confusing than it has been all summer.

I would just pinch his bag and get stoned.

By the sound of things it's probably 'bout a year old

and dont think it's something that i'd smoke. . . .

So just 'have a word' with him and tell him ya want

to have a toke with him and use your stash

so at least if he does agree then ya will actually get stoned. . . .

Yeah,,, pinch is a good Idea,but I think he may not be smoking now,maybe because of guilt from depriving you the toke...

I wud weigh the bag and see if it goes down...

I say you go up to him, with his weed, and say, I found your shit, you have two options, A)Smoke it with me, B)I tell our whole family at any chance I get

Take his bag and hide it until he notices... That'll tell you if he smokes daily/weekly/occasionally,
then let him sample some of your shit (because I know mine was better than my dad's)

just ask him if you can have some.....thats what I'd do

Shit i'd be scared out of my mind if it was my dad, he scares me about that kinda shit.

take his stash, flush it, then tell him how disapointed you are in him

I use to steel my dads weed all the time, and became quite the
lock picker after he started putting his weed in a lock box.
He finally broke down and got high with me after I turned 18.

He always got better weed than i could, now that im 27 i buy
my weed from his friends and have for around 6 years now.

Concurred. Most parents feel that if their kids are using drugs, they can't trust them anyway. Better to not foster that idea; have a 'man to man' talk with your father and explain your position...intelligently. Not just, "...but dad, no one has ever died from smoking marijuana". I mean, talk about how you got started, how it makes you feel, how you think it benefits you, your honest opinions as to if you're mature enough to handle it. That all will go alot further than, "Hey dad, I found your stash, can I have mine back?"

did they take your bowl? cuz you should take his then. its only fair.

i did that with my dad... and he eventually said that he would try to win my mom over about it. then he passed... and i told my mom... and now in short im allowed to toke.
