Man I want to know how so bad..
It's actully easy, form your mouth into an O and then push your tounge out in short slow bursts and if you wanna make like 10 little ones really fast push your tounge out slow all the way.. like not in bursts.
The German exchange student who lived with me for a year taught me how.
Make your mouth as round as possible, take a very thick cloud of smoke into your mouth, make your tounge flat and slowly push the smoke out with a smooth pace. If there is the slightest breeze it can be alot harder. Indoors is best.
Its really easy to blow an O, but to blow a perfect single O that freezes in mid air is not easy, and is something you really just sort of have to experiment and pick up yourself.. and it can turn into a waste of smoke since to blow O's easier just dont inhale.
I learned just by trying to do it at every party i was at or with friends and i eventually got the hang of it and its pretty cool to do just like when you roll your first blunt and you feel proud you feel that proud when you blow a smoke ring its like a great feel plus your high
