I gave up 2 months ago. I used to smoke roll ups.. mostly golden virginia. Stopping was the best thing I ever did. Nicotine tightens the blood vessels and increases blood pressure. Cannabis opens the blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. But I'm sure you already knew that:rasta:
