buy like a big like 8 dollar thing of tobacco and like 200 papers or 100 papers and just practice like a bitch...even if you dont smoke either roll them and then give them to friends who do or its only like 10 bucks lost for a skill that lasts forever
Practice, practice, practice. Thats all you need and over time you will get better. Trust me when I tell you, if I can do it I know you can do it. I'm way too technical and finally got it so I know you can do it. Just practice! :thumbsup:
the only way you will get better is by practicing, keep these tips in mind...
first it needs to come natural (not forced, the harder you try i usually find the shittier it comes out) just relax, get comfterable, play wtih a paper and some weed/tobacco for while, just rolling it back and fourth, learning how to make the weed/paper go where and how you want it...
patients, you have to have patients, this is similar to relaxing and just lettting it come naturally, but in a diffrent way, rolling should take as long as you need it to take, if that means you need to roll all your joints in the middle of the night then do so, a joint you put your heart (so to speak) into rolling, will be much more satisfactory on an esteem level, and a 'factual' level.
a more important fact is the paper (brand) and the consitancy of the weed, you still want it to have body, but you also dont' want even minature nuggets in your rolling material, another is don't use cheap papers, such as bugler, even with an experienced roller it is kinda difficult to roll a bugle without it going out 100 times, getting the right conistancy is just giong to be trial and error, if your joint runs really bad (one side or one part burns up to an inch farther) it's either due to loosely rolled or it's due to you not grinding/cutting it up fine enough, if it goes out constantly, it's becuase it's too tightly rolled, the paper, or you grinded/cut it up too fine.

okay....... no rolling tobacco, no taking like a month. Just get a joint worth the weed and a pack of papers (job 1.5 to learn on) and roll that same joint 42 or 36 times (depending on how many leaves you have. I know some smokers would never re roll a joint 30+ times with the same weed because of how it makes the weed shity to do that.... BUT Since your obvisoly not a regular user (being that you cant roll a "j") you wont tell the difference. IT ALL PRETTY MUCH BOILS DOWN TO THIS, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, keep on rolling and you will keep on learning...
ps. you can do the "cone trick" mentioned above, or bend the corners of the paper before you put the weed in, this is called "the boat trick" being that you bend the paper to make it look like a boat, or better yet one i still use sometimes. called the "dollar bill trick" when you roll a shit joint and roll a dollar bill around it to help tighten and even it out

i fold it in half and put the weed into the crease and then roll it that works for me and they turn out damn good
and i put cardboard filters on em too because you get more weed out of it
ummm, i used to be able to roll when i first started smoking, then i started using bowls and lost my talent, then i started smoking joints again in college and learned it back...just practice. same with blunts. it took me about 20 blunts before i got it but now i can twist one up no problem
