ive been talking to my friend online about bud all night, and a fw seconds ago he got an IM saying 'your proxy is being monitored, we are monitoring your id'
the sn was like VACsecured or something. im sketched out, could i get in trouble some how...is that real? legal? wtf!?

nothing can be proven at all, cops dont give a shit what kids talk about on AIM. i understand that youd be worried but think logically... would an AIM conversation actually hold up in court against a decent lawyer...? hell no.

I doubt anybody monitoring ANYTHING online could just suddenly start negotiating with "the government" about a couple kids. Negotiations are traditionally two parties trying to reach an agreement about something with each side trying to make their return in the deal sweeter than it already is. What negotiations would a company and the United States Government have to conduct with kids on an instant messaging system being the focal point. And why are they ALREADY negotiating, within only an hour of the conversation being started, and that is assuming that you have been "monitored" from the beginning which is very unlikely also. So let's say they started monitoring about 30 minutes into the convo, they'd probably watch for like 5-10 minutes before concluding anything wrong is going down. That leaves less than 20 minutes for this company to reach some anonymous government representative and already be in deep "negotiations" about nothing at all.

i know that at school they can pull up your AIM conversations if they have a police officer like approve that a conversation is in question and needs to be reviewd like a threat about a bomb they can just type in ur sn and look at all ur convos they used this agianst me when i told this girl i could get her some pot and then they looked it up and suspended me

they said a lot more stuff, but i xed out of the convo. it was saying that he had a membership, and needed to cancel it or pay 19.99 for 90 day trial. they asked for his phone number, then pulled up one apparently connected to his computer whichw was wrong. they also said they were contacting the police i think? i dont know, fuck it i'm getting a bag tomorrow and i'm gonna smoke it lol
