Nightmare almost 1st time session!

I have only smoked weed about 2-3 occasions before in my life and to be honest (I don't know whether I was smoking it right) but it seemed to have very little effect on me....UNTIL today that is!

I had a major arguement with my b'friend earlier and came home in a rage.
I knew he had some weed in his drawer so I took it out rolled myself a spliff. Things were going fine and I lit up....and before I knew it I had smoked it!

5 minutes later....nothing, but about 10 minutes later I was laying on the couch and got a very freaky dizzy sensation. My legs and arms were like melting into the chair beneath me....it was nice at the beginning but then I began to feel very faint at which pointed I tried to snap myself out of it which I managed to do for a whole 30 seconds. Then things got really weird and I just didn't want to move.

I started to get faint again, except this time it was a kinda stronger feeling (Which again was nice in a way) but I think I started panicking because next thing I knew I was standing up and heading toward the bathroom. Then my eyes went all funny and I could hear and feel my heart beating like crazy (like never before)......and I really felt I was having a heart attack and it freaks me out but I really did feel like I was dying!

I went into my room and stuck my face out the window and breathed as slow as I could which seemed to calm my heart down. I kept on thinking I was gonna die and my heart starting racing again and my fingers and toes were shaking/tingling like mad. My whole upperbody was so hot. I staggered back into the kitchen and downed a cup of water but again the heart beat kicked into a frenzy. To describe what was going through my head is hard. I tried calling my b'friend on his cell but there was no answer, and I ended up thinking its like one of these movies were the character dies, but before they do they try and tell a loved one that they love them. After about 5 tries I got through to him and and told him to get home.

I was so f**king scared that I felt like dialling 911. Anyway to cut this long story short my b'friend came home, told me to lay down and drink lots of water. I was still very nervous and still had the whole "I feel like I'm dying"
He said it was the drugs, but I was adament that I was dying and tried explaining to him that "yes I smoked it, but its nothing to do with the weed I'm having a heart attack" I was so f**king confused!

It lasted for about two hours and I have to say that they were not very pretty two hours!!!!!!

Is this normal when smoking weed, or is it me, or is it the strength of my b'friends weed.

The first time I smoked, I could feel little things crawling underneath my skin (like the scarabs in the movie The Mummy). I could feel blood pumping through my body, only it hurt. My friends used to joke that I would be the first person to die from smoking weed. It's normal, but you need to learn to control it.

it's ok, next time make sure you're in a comfortable environment.

did you feel tingly all over? did you start having a discussion to yourself in your head?

next time just relax, or at least try to.

you learn to control it only with experience.... everyone is different.....

even after experience there are still those times when you just freak the fuck out nd get too high in a bad situation...

thats never happened to me the first time i got high me and four friends smoked like i dunno 4 to 5 jays and i was sooooooooooo god damn high they told me to lay down in the truck so i started crawling there it was only a few feet but i was going sooooo slow and they were laughing at me like crazy then all i remember is waking up in a bed it was so awesome though

I guess I was reeling from having a row just previous to that. I was shaking all over and yes I was having a conversation in my head.

It won't put me off weed again but I will make sure I am with someone else.

Yes, I have had that feeling before. A few of the first times I got high i was scared to go to sleep because i thought i was going to die. I remember hearing my heart beat like it was pumping right beside my ear and at the same time when I laid down i felt my whole body move at every heart beat it was weird. Enjoy them great highs why you can because if you keep smoking you will eventually begin to miss them.

i got that before when i was still a rookie blazer and i smoked some really really good bud when i was used to smoking cheap bud. so anyways i was feeling like you and i was thinking about how much of a fuck up i am and shit like that and i was hearing shit and thinking i was gonna die and my life was flashing in front of my eyes (pretty much a really bad experience). but then my friend told me to chill and he was telling me stuff and chilling me out. then the next day i had the same stuff and i controled it better and had a good time.

next time you smoke just chill and relax, let the weed do its thing.

yea man i got that my first time i did graves i did like 3 or 4 way to many for me to take as a first time cuz im small as shit but i got that fealing but i kept smokeing and it went away after my secound time and i felt fine

next time make sure to smoke 25% less and try doing it with your boyfriend, once your tolerance builds up a little you wont freak anymore

in my opinion you DEFF had a mild panic attack...its ok..ive known of it happening with alot of people..smoke alittle less for the next few times...learn how it feels...get used to the feeling...love it..and then start trying to reach new more exciting limits

it depends on what mood your in when you get high how it will affect you high. if you are not fully comfortable or something, you will have a kinda trippy expeirence.

you got pretty baked, don't smoke as much next time until your tolerence builds up and make sure you're in a good mood and a good environment

it could hav been laced with some pcp thats commen these days

second time I smoked weed.. I felt like I pissed my self, and there was a warm sensation running down my thighs.. I chanced it and looked down, low and behold I was dry (thank god..)


weird shit happens some times

Maybe a whole spliff to yourself was a bad idea for one of your first times, just smoke a little less until you can learn to control your highs better.
