Well I was planning to go to Utah in a few months, lets just say I live quite far away from Utah lol. I was wondering if you take a car to any other state do they check your car or is that just when you go out of the country?

Well im not 100% sure but they MIGHT do now
How long ago was that?
I just assumed they would because they have different laws in different states
Ok cool thanks, I'll keep that in mind :).Quote:

If you are going to drink, make sure you bring your own beers. Don't buy the weak crap in Utah.
fuck the police. if they want to stop you at the stateline just smash out of there and smoke a fat blunt
The only state that has a check that I know of is California, but that is for argiculture and they stopped checking private vechiles a few years ago because of budget cuts. I drive cross state lines with weed all the time, just hide it because in some states its a crime and others it is just a misdemeanor.
LOL, I dont like that idea too much xD.Quote:

you should be good, Unless your speeding, driving wrecklessly, or look really suspicious, youll be fine. I've crossed state boarders before w/ weed they never once searched me. (Also I think even if you were speeding they wouldnt search you)
Colorful, but actually I'm just worried about going to prison. It's not as easy to convince police that you plan to smoke a whole lb with some friends like it would be if you only had about 7 grams :p.Quote:

I drove from Chicago to California and then up to Washington a while back. They don't check when you go from state to state. You just drive down the road and the only thing you'll see is a "Welcome to..." sign. The only exception is, like insanity mentioned, California where they have the "agricultural checkpoints" . You drive up to what looks like a toll both and they ask if you have any plants or fruits from another state. You say "no" and drive on.
Just watch your speed when going across the borders. Some states enforce the speed laws more strictly than others. When you go from a state which doesn't seem to care how fast you are going(like Wyoming), to a state that does(like Utah) there are lots a lot of cops waiting at the border to catch speeders.
One other thing, the highways tend to be pretty safe but be careful when you go through the little hick towns out in the middle of nowhere. Cops there tend to be bored and an out-of-state stoner pretty much has a target painted on their back.
How about $1000 for a fucking lawyer?Quote:
