No idea, I think its the way that its grown. More intense lighting = denser buds, in theory, as long as all the other growing factors are A-OK. Ive bought Durban Poison before that was really fluffy, but that was grown using Envirolights.

It doesnt matter what strain it is, it matters how it was handled during the harvest and curing period. All buds can be fluffy if they arent man-handeled and treated under the right conditions :p.

True, if its vacuum packed in bricks it obviosly wont be fluffy when it gets to you.
