[align=left]Okay. So here I am and it's my major problem - I canNOT (or at least don't want to) stop eating. It's ridiculous, I even chewed an entire bottle of Tums because they were right here on the desk. I'm not sure there's a way to conquer this (I hope to hell there is) so with that aside - is there anything that I can eat that isn't going to end up causing major weight gain? :confused: Would totally appreciate ANY ideas, thoughts, advise, etc. Thanks! Well, one thing that happens to almost everyone who smokes, is they get the munchies. If you get it, you'll get it every time you smoke. It's not something you get used to, ever.
There's no way to stop it. Either eat, or dont eat.
I always get the muchies and i eat untill im content, and i;ve put on a stone in about 3 years, so its not that bad. It's because it fucks with your metabolism i think, i dunno though.
But yeha, try and eat healthy and you should be alright. Also excersice a bit
Yeah, I get crazy munchies too. I've gone through 6 L of ice cream this week. I think I gained 5lbs alone. :p
Try eating some fruit. Nothing is better than fresh cherris, or grapes, or an orange...I know, I sound like a mom, but it is really, really good. Try pineapple too.

Mmmm I love strawberries, fucking tasty. Plums are nice too. A nicely made guacamole is a nice munchie snack, and I would think it's quite healthy, I make a pretty mean guacamole, made some for my friends one time with some nice sammiches, it was all gone pretty fast, hurray for munchies :rasta:.
Boo for waking up bloated as hell after those nights you ate a bit too much because your were so damn stoned and hungry lol.
my dad has these vitamin supliments in the cabinet and everytime i get hight i eat like a whole jar of them. I dont think thats very good for you.

The munchies are an ongoing problem for me this summer. I tell myself that I'm not going to eat before each session, but I just can't help it. I need to gain more self control!

I love having the munchies, Its my favorite thing to do after I smoke is too go in the kitchen and make a huge meal. None of my friends understand how I can eat so much but I dont gain weight. I guess I just naturally have a fast metabolism.
remember its not always how much sugar something has like candy + sweets, its stuff with allot of fat and oil, like one of our favorite munchies PIZZA!
best healthy(ish) munchie foods imo:
-smoothies
-fresh fruits (nothing tangy, more towards bananas, grapes)
-dried fruits (pineapple, apricot)
-cereal(I can go through a big box if i forget that im eating it)
-cashews
-oatmeal with allot of sugar (a good filler; will nearly beat out the munchie affect)
-matzoh(a lil salt is good)
-bread/crackers/more matzoh + honey/jam/marmelade
-flavored yogurt(Stoney Feild (hehe) makes the best; try the caramel!)
-Jiffy peanut butter. Straight.
-allot of water will help you forget about the munchies too...
