it made me decide to only smoke at night because smoking in the day is a distraction to me.
i like to skate and i am trying to get real good maybe go flow for somebody but when i skate stoned i cant skate for shit.
ive been healthy lately, no cigs just bud, healthy food drink green tea and water instead of sodas, and i feel GREAT...greater than ever.

hey man I totally feel you. I skated everyday until I started smoking pot. Now I smoke everyday and skate everyday that I can. The weed just takes away that edge for trying to get "flow" or "good" so its easy to not skate as much or as hard. So when I am straight I skate a lot and I try everyday to smoke less.
its what you should do, since that way ull get nice and high at night, an maintain a productive day. i go to the gym and study and all in the day, and get wasted by night.

Yeah being high is great but sobriety is still necassary for at least some times during the day. I see getting high as something i do to wind down my day, relax. Course this is different in the summer and vacation when i just get high whenever.
I find smoking and then skating helps me keep calm and try and figure out what im doing wrong instead of just grabbing my deck and hurling it into the air, its when you try to hard that you fuck up and get the worst injuries.
I just popped a bearing last night and ive been meaning to get some new ones for some time, as there really shitty, im goin to West tomorrow to get some Bones Reds<---best bearings there are for the price
But ive quit smoking pot, im on day 3 after smoking almost hourly for 2 years, sleeping is hard and the guitar is more frustrating but i think its for the better. Once i acheive the results i want ill probably just smoke at night like you, its not good to be stoned all the time.

To make sure all this toking didnt catch up with me I ate really healthy and worked out almost everyday, at most ive probably been sober 10-15 days out of those 2 years and while i was at school, weed and school dont mix, for me anyway.
I stopped because as you can see it occured to me that my life basically revolved around weed I actually couldnt imagine my life without it, i plan on taking a 2 month break, but it might be permanent ill have to see what happens.
o yeah i dont drink or do any other drugs or substances, not even prescription meds anymore. Im tryin to go all natural and se if its a better quality life as they say.

I have seen some people skate extreamly fucked up and extreamly well. I guess some can do it and some can't. oh well.
