ok, at first it was only one leaf, but now its happening to ALL my new growth!
The sides of my leaves are curling DOWNward and i dont know what to do...
I water every two days and only when the soil is dry. I think it may be a Mg deficiency.
What is an easy way to feed it Magnesium?
Thanks

how big are your plants?? u could be overwatering them.

its just one plant. Its about 9-10 nodes tall and starting to flower.
Its still in its original 6in pot.
I water it every two days... only when the soil is dry of the pot feels light.
Im using MG potting mix so im not using any nutes.
I water with Publix Spring water.
ive been training it alot lately... maybe its getting stressed?
It looks to me like all the new growth is curling and is staying light green (ealier leaves turned a nice dark green).
The branches are also turning red... more and more each day.
I hope nothing is wrong.
Any ideas?

Well i'd transplant it right now, before it really gets into flower, and BE CAREFUL, because otherwise it'll stunt growth.

Found your problem, you are feeding them junk food at best. With MG there is nothing you can add that will not over feed them.
What is the Ph of the soil?
What is the Ph of the water you feed them with?
They are not getting the proper nutrients to match their growth cycle.
You can try to transplant it into a pot with a 50/50 mix of just plan top soil and Perlite. Try to wash off all the MG crap you can and hope it does not shock your plant to death.

well thing is... im very happy with the size of the plant... i tried growing it as small as possible.
I haven't been monitering pH levels or feeding the plant. I just figured the MG would be good enough cuz this is my first time. I guess ill just keep watering it and feeding it light and i will post pics of my harvest... Who knows, i may get something nice. It looks pretty nice so far. The leaves are actually looking better now... i dont know why. =D
Thanks

Be sure to check that chart in my post "you need this". People say it is very helpful, it may help you. Sounds like overwatering, but can't be if you are sure the soil is dry (top to bottom?) when you water.

definately dry... i know this because i do the weight test... and i only water when the pot is very light in my hand. I will be home in about 2 hours and i cant wait to see how theyre doing... ill keep you posted on if they got better or not.

MG dirt is fine for beginners if you don't plan on adding anything at any time. There's good ferts in there, by far better than nothing. I don't use it anymore, but I used to when I was first starting and my plants did good.

yea mine are doing very good also... but im just worried about what the MG will do to the taste of the buds.
Opie did you used to flush before you harvested with MG?

If it is just a couple hre and there it might be bugs curling up under them laying eggs.. or if they are in pots then they need more room for the roots maybe.

If thats true then its very possible because my pot is very small compared to others.

No, but if I had a lot of time I probably would. My weed always tasted fine, and I always got compliments from my friends about it. Some flush, some don't. Different strokes and all, but I don't think it affects taste a whole lot (some though). I am growing in hydro now, and I think I might try flushing at the harvest after this next one, just to see if I can tell a difference. I don't really expect much difference though, but like I said, I have not tried it yet.

one, when using fresh, quality potting soil, adding trace elements isn't needed. if you really think you have mag deficiency bury a galvanized nail in the soil (same works with standard nails for introducing trace amounts of iron...which is all that's needed anyway). i use nails of both kinds to pin the flagging with whatever plant info is needed written on it (strain, date started, fert schedule, etc) down to the soil so i can keep better records of what's been done when and where.
second, miracle grow (read the bag info!) potting soil already has time-released ferts in it and adding more will be too much for a plant easily susceptable to fert burn and overwatering. and yes, it needs to be transplanted. watering every other day in a pot that size with a plant that big can't be enough...unless maybe you're soaking it and the drain holes are plugged.
you were told all this already yet you still continue on your current course? being happy with your plant during veg is one thing but what's really important is being happy at harvest. if you want to turn things around you'll need to listen to straight-up experienced advice sooner or later...

hey m.g.
I mean i dont really have a current course, this is my first grow with CFLs in my bedroom desk. I had no expectations for this grow at all and just the fact that i have a budding plant excites the hell out of me. im just trying to get some, if any, decent smoke.
Peace
