has anyone had any bad experiences when they got high?
well last night i had a bad one...
I smoked all last night from 12-2am then i got tired but i couldn't go to sleep. my friend left with his bong, so i decided to smoke out of an apple.
I smoked like a gram or so o ut of an apple. then i relized i burned my right eye lash like 1/2 way off...
is it gonna grow back!?!

You wanna know about a scary high? well..
me and my friend smoked like 2 grams one afternoon. we were walking along the road, and there was this big huge random stick on the side walk. My friend picked it up and began swinging it arround when he noticed that it looked like the head and feelers of an ant, not to mention it was thorny. Then he told me to run. I asked why and he said:
"can't you see the ant has taken over me, RUN"
and I was just like WTF u are so high. then he starts attacking me with the damn thing, and so I start running, and my friend told me that this ant couldnt run so I was like PHEW!
he held it so that as he walked the stick bounced up and down because the branches would bend then spring the stick into the air......as if the ant was now walking!
I was just like dude... whats rong with u???? every now and then he would lunge at me with the ant thing, and I was gettin so paranoid. so I just ran at him and grabbed it and snapped it like ten times and scattered the pieces.
my friend then said 'what happened', and I told him of the ant an everythin but he keeps denying it. and I KNOW i'm right. my friend is just really FUCKED

Once I had a horrible high because my friend sucks at the gituar(spelling) and he just kept on playing. I'm nothing speical, but damn, he ruined my high.
BAHAHAHAHAHAHA man these stories are hilarious. i can relate to chronics though, my frined was messing around wiht a music program on my computer and refused to put on head phones, so when ur making a song everything is pretty much looping while you change notes intruments w/e, it just started buggin me real bad so i just sat out side with his GF :D
I've experienced a bad high before. Once i smoked probably about 3 bowls out of my mini-bong and i went inside to chill. Well, for some reason i got really paranoid and i thought that my parents were calling me cause they smelled it on me. So, i got scared shitless and hid under my blankets. Soon, i heard them banging on my door screaming for me. It was horrible, it was really freaky and it was trippy, but not a good trip. I thought they really did find out. In the end, no one knew, and i was good after a 5 hour sleep. Shit was scary though.. bad trips are horrible.
Practically every high I've had in the past month has been bad. Each time I smoke a joint, it seems my high peaks while smoking. The whole time thoughts are rushing through my head. Last night I had a huge spliff, then went to my room to listen to my favourite album. I couldn't stop thinking about bad stuff that happened in the past, so I turned the system off, and got something to eat.
This is pissing me off so much. I have weed but I think I'm gonna give it to someone else to enjoy, because I can't.
^Thats wierd its probably just a strain your brain doesn't like. Hit up another dealer and you'll be smoking with the best of us.
I have tried several different suppliers, and the same thing keeps happening. I don't think weed is for me.
About twelve years ago, I was into shrooms and acid, and we had dropped some hits and were hanging around in the downtow area where I lived, small town. Anyway, we're triping out hanging on our bikes, and my friend was like "Dude! Your neck is swollen big time!" I looked in the window of the store we were in front of, and the right side of my neck was SOOOO swollen, it was like my cheek bone went straight down to my collarbone, and it wasnt the acid making me see shit, it was real lol. So I rode my ass home and laid out on the couch. My dad and stepmom came home and as soon as she saw me she was taking my ass to the hospital. She was a pretty hip chick and had partied in her days and still did a little bit, but I didnt want her or my dad especially to know I was on acid. They could handle the weed, but nothing else. So here I am in the emergency room tripping my balls off, the doctors flashing his light thing in my eyes. Pupils are dialated......obviously lol. Ended up being diagnosed as the mumps, though to this day I really think it was some kind of reaction to the acid that cause the glands to swell up.
Anyway, for anyone that has done acid, imagine having to go to the emergency room, with your parents, tripping your balls off. Nobody, not even the doctor ever mentioned drugs or me being high at all, so I guess I played it off well :) but at the time, it REALLY did suck. I've told my old man about all kinds of shit I did back in the day, and we laugh about it. But thats one I still havent told him lol.
Getting high and then getting caught and being lectured to is a pretty big buzz kill.
last summer i got really high with about 12 other people in one tiny room and it was at least 35-40 degrees celsius so it was very hot and muggy out, and i started overheating after a few hours and my vision went completely black except around the lightbulb and under the door leading outside. After i went outside into the shade and breeze i cooled off and my vision went back to normal, and i went back inside. But i was so freaked out because i though i was going blind and i just kept telling myself that i was just trippin out and that i needed to cool off.
Me and my blazing bud bought nine grams of some poootent mush. Although, at the time, I was unaware how potent these bad boys were.
So we drop at around 11:00ish, and wait for things to get going. All of a sudden, my friends house phone rings... I can't remember why we missed the call, but for some reason we did.
...Then my cell rings. Why on god's green earth would my parents be calling me at 11:20 while I'm sleeping at a friends? Now remember, these were some potent, potent caps. So I pick up the phone, and sure enough, there's my mom on the other end. "Hey mom, what's up?"... "James where are you?"... "I'm at ****'s, was that you that just called? I'm here don't worry." I could deffinately feel things picking up, noticing a few peculiarities "I'm coming to pick you up." she said in that voice... that voice she gives me when she's dishing out punishments. "WHY!?"... "Because James, I asked you to clean your room, and do the bathroom, and BOTH are not done."
For the next half hour, my friend was freaking out because he knew he didn't want to be alone for an entire trip...
I just kept telling myself that peaking in a car while my angry mother was lecturing me wouldn't be too bad...
SO sure enough, she rolls into his driveway, and I get into the car. SHE SAYS NOTHING THE ENTIRE DRIVE BACK. My god was I happy about that. I was also pretty sure there was a black person in the back seat. Not african black, but like... pitch black, with orange hair.
So we get home, and I retreat to the basement. I was fine for probably the first three hours or so... but then it became difficult, very, very difficult. I was sweating profusely, I felt the need to moan, I kept trying to fix things, like my bed, or tidy up my room (which turned out to be quite funny when I looked at it in the morning lol).
All in all, I don't understand what went wrong... I was fine for three hours or so, and then all of a sudden I'm bad tripping. To this day I can't figuire it out... Because I was literally feeling great to freaking out.

Me and a friend took some acid and then drove from Saint Louis to Lake of the Ozarks on July 2nd, to stay the holidays with a wealthy friend who owned a resort in the Ozarks. We ended getting pulled over and busted for a little pot and some paraphernalia. Man, dealing with a pot bust and cops and drug dogs is really hard when you're tripping balls.
I had two major problems because of the acid. First, I was really having problems not laughing, at just about everything. And second, after they took all our luggage out of the trunk to search it, then told me it was okay to put it all back into the trunk, I couldn't do it; it was like playing a very hard game of Tetris, the luggage just wouldn't fit back in the trunk, which was making me laugh. Luckily my friend noticed my difficulties before the cops did and helped me get the crap back into the trunk and we got the hell out of there (with a ticket for each of us).
Ok so this was like first expereince with teh mushrooms. I didnt intend to buy any mushrooms we were just going to get some weed and maybe some oil...then we two friends of mine see this kid from school who's like dudes I have some mush! Now at first i was trying to decline him but being allready baked off my ass didnt help he kept coaxing us on that shrooms will make everything better and more fun (and after expereince this is true)
So long story short we bought the shrooms and we ate them i had about 3.5 grams everyone else a little less than that..then we walked to one of my dealers places we bought a eigth of weed and some hash honey oil a vial. Now at the dealers house i could feel them start kicking in this was my first time as i said and i noticed things were a little bit different than usual..but then we walked behind a canadian tire and beside a transport truck and begun smokeing our weed..and then we allso did the oil wich was my first time to. I think the oil made me feel really sick and gave me a powerful headrush because we used a bottle toke with ciggaretts.
We then begun walking around it was very cold that day I'm positive the shrooms had kicked in at the point it had been about a 1 hour and a half of time I somehow became disoriented and fell into the freezing cold sun bank and i was so confused i couldnt move I was cold very cold but i didnt realize that i was layin g in the snow then my friends stood over top me and theyre faces become mosiac and swirling patterns it was rather weird and i think i had begun setting in hypothermia.
. as it was freezing cold and i was tripping out on a snow bank drenched in ice water.. They kept yelling at me to get up but i was so conufsed i couldnt....well we somehow managed to get to tim hortins where we tried to get food well it took us about a hour sitting theyre aruging who would get food because we were all so confused and caught in thought loops about who could get some people were staring at us and in between zoning out and aruging who would get food we laughed our asses off...until then i had a a moment where i had to go into the bathroom for whatever reason i was still freezing cold sitting in the stalls the walls were morphing and i think something scared
me i started crying im not sure why and i had people come into the bathroom and start asking if i was ok or not i cant remember if it was my friends or not i then had enough courage to walk back out cept i forgot my shirt i walked out half naked outta the bathroom. We then decided to go to a sub shop for whatever reason and yet we ordered a pizza we ate the pizza but we ate it so that we had a slice we put it down and then we ate a different slice we ended up ditching the pizza...then some weird rastafarian dude offered to smoke a big fatty with us and for whatever reason i declined i have no idea why probly because i was still tripping my face off and didnt wanna intensify it and then he started talking about playing hockey for whatever reason and thats basically the end of the interesting trip..

let's see, hmmm, once when i was 13 i was smokin out the bathroom window. I knew my mom would flip and go crazy if she knew i was smokin, so what i did was turned the shower on to make it seem like i was takin a shower. I had no pipe/papers, being a new little aspiring stoner, so i smoked out of a plastic coke bottle, using matches. So i'm smoking it out the window, and my mom knocks on the door. 'Matt, what are you doing?' i was like 'FUCK!' and was like 'Uh... takin a shower!' and she was like 'I smell pot. It's a very strong smell...' then she starts crying goin' I HOPE YOUR NOT SMOKING POT! THAT SHIT IS SO FUCKING BAD!!!! WHEN I WAS YOUNGER IT WASN'T BUT NOW IT'S BAD AND YOU CAN DIE BLAH BLAH BLAH! so i convince her i wasn't (somehow) and just wanted the high to end so bad so i could be normal. lol
but you know what? After a long time of trying to convince her it wasn't bad, she's finally come around and on some occasions even smokes it with me! :stoned:

I had a similar one a couple days ago..
So My parents have been gone for about a week. They said they were coming home Wednesday Afternoon.. they ended up showing up at like 9 am.
like 20 mins before i smoked like 2 grams of some dank bud (I HAD TO GET RID OF IT).
so i'm laying down high as hell, then they bust into my room and are like "HEY LETS GO TO LUNCH!"
im like fuck... i played it off the whole time but in the back of my mind i had a feeling that they knew i was high... my eyes were SUPER RED. I just told them i feel asleep in my contacts.
but sitting down and eating and wating for the food seriously felt like it took 10 hours!! I was sooo high haha i was kind of paranoid and wishing i was sober it was really weird lol but yea i played it off good cuz they didn't really question me later haha
ya ive had times where id have to talk and hang out with my mom while being completely stoned, but she likes it when im stoned, even tho she doesnt know it, because she has told me before " i love it when your like this!" haha, i guess im really interesting and fun when im high
Yeah, I've had to confront parents on much worse conditions than high. One night, me and my friend Erik got 10 grams of ubershrooms, 2 hits of E, and a half o of some Orange Crush. We spent our time in the garage, and after my mom went to bed, we dropped the E and ate 5 grams each. Well, an hour later, i found myself facedown in the middle of the alley behind our house giggling because I thought the moon was a giant flower. After that, we went back into the garage, only to notice ALL the lights in the house were on. My mom comes barging in a few minutes later, asking me to help her with iTunes. So I have to deal with a computer problem while I couldn't keep the screen from melting. I eventually figured it out and bade her goodnight. I was tripping like fuck and was super freaked out for a bit, but then I was fine. Another time, I had just dosed up on E alone for the first time in my room on a Friday night. Well, my mom comes in 40 minutes after I had taken it and sits down to lecture me on my study habits and ends up crying while I start to peak on a pair of Blue Dolphins. She, amazingly, didn't notice. After she was back in bed, I put on a trance radio station and danced for 5 hours.
It was pretty cool.
Bad experience...several years ago, I went to a meeting in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The organization I was in at the time held an annual meeting in one of the casinos on the strip.
I was sick this go around and not feeling too swift. Since I drive by myself on the way down, I decided to smoke on the way. We all get there and get to our rooms and I take a couple of Alka-Seltzers to try to shake my cold. So now I'm high and 'out of it' because of the Alka-Seltzers and smoking earlier.
I barely make it through dinner; just kind of sat at my table all night. I drank a few beers and eventually we broke and I went back to my room. I smoke another bowl and by this time, the beer has me not thinking about how bad I feel. So I decide to go the unofficial after-meeting which was at the hotel bar.
Now I'm high as hell, sweating from being sick, but feeling no pain. I order a few shots of whiskey and down those as quick as they come. The meeting breaks up I go back to my room. I now smoke another bowl because I'm feeling really good and want to gamble.
So now I stumble (basically) back to the floor and gamble...didn't win anything. Before I go to my room, I stop by this soup place and get a bowl of beef tendon soup. RUT ROH! My stomach starts getting real upset and I just sit there, in a daze. I was afraid to move because each little movement upset my stomach more. Finally I tightented up and mustered some energy to make it to my room. The elevator ride took forever and people wanted to be chatty. I make it back to my room without a moment to spare...go into the bathroom and BLEEEEEECCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHH! all in the shower. Wasn't pretty.
Probably the worst experience I had while smoking.
once my cousin was stayin at my house and we both smoke alot of pot and one night before bed we smoked a fat joint in my room then it was pitch black. I started trying to fuck with him and tsrated chanting random noises in hebrew and jibberish but then i coudlnt stop and it seemed so real i was chaning this gibberish about someone coming and i oculdnt control myself form saying it. It wasnt really scary it was more weird then anything

dont know if this is limited to psychedelics but my worst drug experience was with amphetamines... bought some real potent powder off the street and was snorting it for three days without sleep at this time, me and one of my speed freak friends (i was actually never a speed freak, i did binge on it for days at a time and all, but i rarely did that more than once a month) were driving, and he starts freaking out, intense paranoia, and he is convinced were being chased. despite my attempts to calm him down he remains in a delerious state. he spends so much time staring at the rear view mirror and glancing backwards that he drives the car (going about 40)straight into a tree on the side of the road. thankfully it was a Volvo and despite some pretty bad bruises and cuts we manage to get out alright. he keeps saying that the cops shot out our tires and he runs off into the woods sweating intensely and screaming to me to run. i just walked around in circles for the next few minutes, trying to figure out what just happened, and then suddenly i notice that a cop has pulled up by the wreck. i do the only thing i can think of, which is run off into the woods, a choice not made by paranoia but because i know there is no way i could conceal my extremely high state (i was twitching, sweating loads, and my pupils were massive). the next thing i know im standing in the middle of a humid, hot forest, and have no idea where i am. i figure that since i cant even hear the cars on the road i must be out a good couple miles. by this time the drug had worn off quite a bit and i was about to crash, which was unacceptable for me. i had half the bag left and i did it all in one big snort. i have no recollection of anything after this, except that 20 hours later i woke up laying on a park bench in a town ive never been in feeling too shitty to even move and covered in blood and vomit. spent the next two days sleeping and trying to figure out what happened, which i still havent.

worst experience I had was when I was really new to smoking. I had a little bud and decided to smoke it before work. So i did, and stunk up the basement. my brother comes home and starts asking why it smells like a joint and i told him i burnt something cuz he fucked me over for drinking alcohol once and i didn't trust him. so now it's akward with him. then my work calls and asks me if i'm coming in, i'm like "yeah i start at 5". "no you were supposed to start at 4". oh shit. so i go to work, late and high, and it sucked all night. i kept having to get stuff, but i kept forgetting shit left and right.
When my friend and I first started smoking, he got a panic attack, and then almost had me call 911, and wanted me to wake my parents up.
The only times I had bad experiences with cannabis was when I tried it for the first time. The paranoia was more intense than anything I had experienced before. My friend who I smoked it with tried to get me to calm down but i kept on feeling paranoid during the entire session lol.
The only other time I had a bad experience was back when I was still a bit unexperienced. I decided to try and smoke a bowl at my house one night, and it was the first time doing it here. It was about 2 in the morning, and I kept on getting paranoid thinking my parents were gonna find out and raise hell. I can't believe I was so paranoid lol. Oh well, since those two, I have yet to have a bad experience with cannabis.
Another quite amusing experience happened to me the other night here. Me and my brother decided to go hang out with some friends one night and smoke some bud. We ended up going into a very prestigious and rich neighborhood where one of our friends live. We smoked down at their country club after it was closed; it was something our rich friend did all the time. Well, as our luck would hold it, we saw a car pull into the parking lot, something our friend said never happens this late at night. We then saw it circle around the parking lot a few times, and we figured we needed to run for it. Our friend left his nice water bong behind a trash can that was near where we were smoking, We ran all the way to the other side of the club and waited behind some trees until the car left. We were all stoned out of our minds too, paranoid about them finding the bong, and my brother also wouldn't quit being loud.. we were so afraid we were gonna get caught. Lucky for us we made it through that night without any trouble. I was actually very mellow through this experience too, suprisingly.
nope, no bad experiences. i've enjoyed it every single time.
Last night I had been smoking some very harsh shit.
And I had coughed to the point where I felt like I was going to throw up.
And I did, an hour later.
In all the times I've smoked marijuana I must say I've never really had one bad experience (other than not getting as high as I might have liked). The one time I did shrooms was also quite amazing...ever danced with the trees?

so i refilled a cig with bud and took one drag and some lifeguard made me throw it away

but this 1 time me and my friend walk across a parking lot to buy some bud in a parked car so we go in for like a minute then start walkin back
so as were walkin back a cop starts to roll up to where we were chillen
he gets out starts walkin towards us annnnnnnd he passes phew!
