Oh, Man, Someone's Gotta Gimme Some Advice

Okay, so we don't have anything to drink in my house but water and coffee and I wanted a cup of coffee, so I had one. One led to two, two led to three...all in all I had 6 cups of coffee in about a half hour, the burner had been off so it was hot at first and then lukewarm by the last cup.

That was 2 hours ago almost exactly that I finished my last cup, and I'm having some problems right now. I'm so hot, I'm sweating literally through my clothes but if I take anything off or turn on the fan, I get so cold! I get goosebumps and start shivering, and now my entire body feels wiry and jittery, my hands are shaking and I can feel my heartbeat still beating so fast. Its so uncomfortable, when I lay down or just sit still its like I can feel every nerve in my body just shaking uncontrollably. My stomach hurts so bad and I can't puke it up, and it feels like I haven't eaten in days but I had dinner before the coffee. Now its to the point where I don't even wanna stand up because my legs feel like rubber.

I don't have any herb but I need to find something or some way to calm down , to calm my nerves and my heart and my head down or I feel like I'm just gonna fling myself off my balcony. I can't lay down because it just feels like I'm standing on every part of my body, my entire body feels weak and jittery when I lay down. Anyone got any advice??

you'll be fine. You just had a shit load of caffeine. It takes a while to wear off.

We're out of pepto, and I don't have any Xanax, unfortunately. I'm trying like hell to calm down but its so difficult. I wished to God I hadn't done that, man I was fuckin stupid but I didn't even think, ya know? I just kept making cup after cup because it wasn't scolding hot and I was thirsty as hell.

Do you know how long it might take it wear off? Its not so much that I'm freaking out, its just that my entire body feels like its writhing inside and I don't know how to make it stop. Thanks for the replies, though, guys!

BTW, Hutch b Tokin, I guess...=( I didn't mean to OD, I didn't start drinking the coffee with the intention to drink lots of coffee, it was just a regular glass not a big one or anything and I was really thirsty, like I said, so I just kept drinking. My mouth and throat felt really dry because I like to sing.....very loud when I listen to music and I've been listening to music since I woke up at 11 and I'd literally only drank a 7Up all day before this.

Edit: Thank you very much, MaryJaneInTheCloset, I'm gonna go start ODing on water now, ^_^. Actually I'm just gonna have 2 glasses right now, 2 glasses in a half hour and see how its going.

Caffeine overload! Drink lots of water to help flush out your system... or just wait it out.

Take a bath. That'll help you relax.

See, my digestive system works the opposite of most people. I'm fine, to tell the truth...about...I don't know, 9 something a friend finally came over and she had about a third of a joint left and i got about 4 or 5 hits off that and I was ripped as I haven't been smoking much at all, and that really made many of the systems go away. Maybe it was the placebo affect and the fact that I've read pot takes away many of the symptoms I've had and stuff, calms ya down, anti-emetic, anti-spasmodic to calm the jitters and stuff but dang, after my stomach ache went away....I was starved.

Btw, sorry for bumping this, thanks for all the help guys, I ended up taking a shower as my bath is definitely too small, and I did the 4 cups water thing and it made me pee a LOT, but it relieved like...I don't know, felt like I had so much in my stomach and I drank the water, and peed a lot and it was gone, so thats good. And the shower I needed it anyway from how much sweating there was, sorry for being gross, but its the truth. The weird thing is....I really want a cup of coffee right now. But, I'm not going to be having any for a while. CUZ KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! :thumbsup:

yeah, i had that same exact problem about 4 months ago man.. i feel your pain, i drank pry 3-4 big mugs of coffee like the big speedway gas station mugs, but i hadent slept in pry 40 hrs. man.. i just felt like total shit, like i couldent stand or anything, my eyes would be wide open for hours, and you just shake constenly and you just want to sleep it off, but its impossible to do anything but feel like shit. i no longer drink coffee at all, unless it is decafe.

I've never ever had any kind of "hyper behavior" from caffine or sugar, but i know it makes alot of people hyper, i wish i new what it felt like.
